had an office on campus and an active presence in the community with the foundation for at-risk boys. it was through his work that he found his victims. >> children that are troubled or have a disadvantaged background will be more vulnerable. >> reporter: one reported physical contact to his mother setting off a state investigation. that was in 2009. 7 years earlier in 2002, an assistant saw him assaulting a young boy in the shower. he reported it. he told school officials what followed is as troubling as the assaults. two administrators investigated and did nothing. furthermore, they tried to cover up the incident. the vice president are charged with perjury and failure to

alert police. they say their clients are innocent and will fight the charges. tonight, friends and family mourning the loss of a 19-year- old student, kortneigh mccoy, a graduate stabbed to death by another student off campus early this morning. the fight started between several people inside home and kortneigh mccoy got into an argument. the 23-year-old is charged with first degree murder. police are working on this one. shots fired at frankfort. a man was in the rear alley with gunshot wounds. he did not make it. the shooting happened at 8:30 last night so someone had to see something, if you did, call
