honor, planning a memorial service for november telephoneth, want to have it at polly high where she graduated in 2010. a sophomore engineering major, sang in the kye choir. when police arrived they found her stabbed in the head and bleeding to death. students who with there say she got in to a screaming match with 23-year-old frostburg senior, who you see there, liggens lived in the house and charged with first and second degree murder and awaiting a bonds hearing this morning. >> they were fighting. everyone ran out. people started crying and screaming saying she is bleeding. >> we got in touch with courtney's aunt, she says the family does not want to comment

in oklahoma it started with a boom saturday morning m had no idea what was going on. some thought it was an attack and armed themselves with weapons. you heard from a woman talking about what her husband did did. it was a 4.7 magnitude earthquake. the areas is used to tornados and small quakes but nothing like this. there have been no reports of serious injuries. got a phone call from my sister sunday saying she felt the

police were able to catch up with the thief. one officer suffered injuries. a helicopter made a unsmooth landing in a neighborhood, no one was seriously hurt. the chopper clipped a roof, crushed part of a car and damaged a palm tree. police say the pilot made a controlled landing after losing control 700 feet above the grand. it appears to be the result of engine failure. crooks who decided to rob a jewelry store used masks in an effort to hide from police armed with a handgun. three men robbed a busy kays jewelers. a man orders customers and a st- year-old girl to drop to the drowned -- 12-year-old girl to drop to the ground. >> they were calm and systematic with everything they did. they walked fast when they left. >> within two minutes the heist was over and the suspects fled the store. the thieves got away with
