party. courtney grew up in baltimore, graduated from polly high and linda so has new information about the death of this young girl. >> we are hear k prom the suspect's father this morning, he says he is heartbroken for his daughter and the victim, courtney. she graduated from polly high in 2010. courtney was a sophomore engineering major at frostberg and saying in the gospel choir, on sundays, students gathered to mourn her death. police say mc coy who lived in the dorm went to a off campus house party, got in to a fight sunday morning. police found her stabbed in the head and bleeding the death. students there say she got in to a screaming match with 23- year-old frostberg senior. liggens who lived in the house is awaiting a bond hearing this morning, she is charged with first and second degree murder. her father is speaking out for the first time since his

two high ranking administrators face arraignment on charges they lied to a grand jury investigating former defense quarter san custody and failed to report the child abuse. the two, the senior vice president for business and finance, former penn stoit ace sis at that particular time was arrested over the weekend accused of molesting 8 boys and faces 40 counts of child molestation. this abuse case threatens to end the 45 year run of legendary head coach paterno, he was told in 2002 that sandusky was caught having sex with a 10-year-old boy in a locker room shower. paterno reported the incident to two administrator whose failed to act. here is what jerry had to say when he was confronted about the charges. >> you have an opportunity to set the record straight, sir.

you can tell us the charges are false. >> unfortunately i'm not in a position i can make any statements. >> as for the 2002 incident. sandusky was retired at the time. survey says sexual harassment is a problem in mid and middle and high schooling. 38% experience some form of harassment. 5 6% of the girls and 40% of the boys said they experienced at least one incident of sexual harassment. only 9% of those reported the incident to a teacher, a guidance counselor, or another adult at the school. tonight the federal energy regulatory commission is inviting citizens at a meeting to discuss proposed natural gas compressor station. sitting on the site, south of millersville. boosting the flow of natural
