year-old boy in new mexico is terrorized and it's caught on tape. bus drivers review the tapes weekly and this was especially disturbing. two 14-year-old grabbed him and spit in his mouth and sat on his head. they are charged with battery and assault and harassment and criminal sexual contact with a minor. they have been suspended from the school for the remainder of the year. and here's the video clip of the day. a deer making a quick trip through a take out in atlanta. the animal crashes through the glass startling everyone inside. it took a look around and couple loops to see what was on the menu and an employee opened the front door and it went outside. before the door closed you see here, it's like a matador for a deer. the deer ran outside. no one was hurt. long lines and lots of excitement. fans anxious to get their hands on the latest video game. so, what is so great about this one?

time for abc2 news to go. good morning i am charley crowson and before we get to justin a. few updates for you. queen anne county public schools on the 90 minute fog delay this morning. and there will be no am pre-k and kent county public schools have a hour and a half fog delay. how long will it hang around and when will it burn off? >> about an hour or two hours. not as widespread as yesterday but some areas surround by water especially lower eastern shore and tributaries and now temperatures of 39 at the st. pert and paul high school in easton. you have fog. really on the eastern shore widespread fog is the issue. 38 degrees at veterans elementary. 40 perry hall 41 harve degreece and arnold and we take you back to ellicott city where we have

rather to lower the age requirement for city council members from 21 to 18. polls open 579 and close at 8 tonight. to find one nearest your home, abc2news.com. look on our slide show. balmmore first grand prix the last? -- was baltimore first grand prix the last? the future of the race is facing troubles because the company that organized the event has yet to pay their bills. corinne redman is standing by with the details and what this could mean for the race's future. >> reporter: the city handed down a serious warning to the group, threatening to terminate the five-year contract with grand prix organizers if they don't reconstruct and pay off debt to the city and vendors. baltimore city deputy mayor issued a statement saying baltimore racing development owes the city more than 1.5 million dollars. the money is owed for city services parking amusement tax be a tax revenues. the group owes vendors hundreds of thousands of dollars.

jay davidson served as the head of the racing development and stepped aside and says the group hopes to have a new ceo in place soon. davidson said the group has been working with the city and vendors to structure payment plans but the city is giving them until december 31st to repay or the city will terminate the contract. >> the clock is ticking and they need to show an immediate sense of urgency. >> this is a great event for the city but it will never spit out huge amounts of cash to the investor group or to the city or the state. >> reporter: now some of the vendors have started suing the baltimore racing development group which is also facing lawsuits from investors as well. corinne redman, abc2 news. and new this morning, being a girl scout learning life lessons is part of the job, but a troupe in bowie was taught a tough lesson. two suspects took off with their cookie money outside a wal-mart where they were selling the cookies and the men caught on surveillance cameras

on friday. heading into the weekend we return with the west southwesterly flow and sunshine dry weather and high temperatures back between 55 and 60. tanya. we have an accident reported caton avenue at wilkins avenue. keep that in mind. major delays on the beltway on the northwest side 695 near 795 at old court road. both loops are stop and go. the inner loop is stoped due to a traffic - -- actually a brake fire at park heights. let's see what that looks like. inner loop at park heights is to the right of the screen. the arrows are pointing everybody to the left because it's on the right shoulder. so, it's good idea to stay off of the beltway on the northwest side on both loops. either go through the city but remember that everybody else is doing that too. take the jfx but this is the time it backs up. kent county and queen anne county schools 90 minute delay. in queen anns county no a.m.
