hope the midday to your workweek is off to a great start. let's check the forecast on this wednesday and say good morning to meteorologist justin berk. >> good morning. 4:30. we are checking out temperatures slipping back to 38 in baltimore. that matches the dew point we may start developing. fog there's been fog forming lower eastern shore and temperatures below freezing on the north side 31 in york, p.a. saddle radar composit and while looking at clear describes, there's the -- skies there,'s the hint of fog. and yes, there's areas of dense fog and there may be expanded up the bay and we had school delays in few counties in the eastern shore yesterday. it's possible we repeat that. temperatures by 8 a.m., near the 40 degree mark. official sunrise is at 6:43. so by that point the sun will be up and we will aim for 65.

home to turn the gas off. it's the only safe way to complete the repairs to the broken main here. we are in the 1400 block of ford avenue. next step is they will be patching up the holes in the ground here and we do have some good news this morning. we have learned about 100 homes and businesses had their gas service restored by connecting them to a different line. but repairs to the main line are underway. bge hopes to -- hopes to start restoring gas service later today to those remaining 900 homes and businesses. once the repair to the broken gas main is complete, workers will have to go back to each home to physically turn the gas back on. >> i've seen a lot of bge guys out here doing their job and making sure that everybody is safe by turning the gas off. one gentleman told me if one house doesn't have the gas turned off if they start work it could blow up the block. so they have been keeping

truth to them? let's go into meteorologist justin berk. you know, justin, any time you bring the worms into it you know things will be bad. >> we had an unscientific discovery this year. my son who is almost 6 years old, him and his friends on the street collected about 2 dozen of those worms and they came in all sorts of colors. all asortments and orders so i don't think that's anything other than different colors or a dog or cat but thick onion skins relate to what farmers say is a hard, cold, snowy winter. high high the trees the bees will build their nests and this's the fact there's the old elbow injury that acts up. this morning it's cool and damp and hard to talk about winter. you think went -- i think within two week we may get a shot of the snowy stuff. 39 in arnold. and widespread 30s. we are getting very close to that dew point or at that point

from now "good morning marylandat 4:30. around the world police in russia has a man in custody accused staig human remains. authorities say 29 female bodies were found in the man's home they believe he dug up remains from grades and put dresses on them. several plaques from grave stones and cemeteryies and doll make manuals were found during the search. and prime minister confirms he intends to resign after the budget approval. he made the announcement hours after he appeared vote in parliament more than 60 lawmakers didn't take part in the vote. prime minister has come underpressure to resign in recentdays.
