cameras on old court road. 69 a, near 795, light traffic. lib ity, most traffic is on the outer loop. no issues through the construction zone. if you want to follow the latest, follow us on twitter. developing story overnight. while you were sleeping, police moved in on the occupy protest in new york at least 40 people have been arrested including a new york times reporter. police in riot gear moved in around 1:00 to remove the demonstrators to clean up the area. police are saying the demonstrators will be allowed to return, they need the time and space to clean up the park. live images now from a helicopter, high above the area, as you see the police, you can barely make them out. we have been monitoring this overnight. tear gas were used on demonstrators o those claims

have been refuted. they are saying smoke was the result of a fire. still, demonstrators are outside in new york, police in riot gear are trying to clean up the area. police are trying to track down a man who tried to kidnap a soccer player. sherrie johnson is live. >> reporter: officers here with the arundel county police department are busy trying to find a suspect after a girl reported an attempted abduction yesterday. the 15-year-old girl told police that she was walking along white oak drive across the street from the high school when a man reached through a car window and grabbed her. she says she broke free and reported the incident to a police resource officer. police spent the day interviewing the victim and searching for eye witnesses.

parents and students say they are using more caution. >> exercising a little more caution tonight. >> i'm going to make sure i have a phone wi or with another person. there is always the back up. >> reporter: now school spokesperson says that an email went out to parents and students about the incident and reached 6500 students in the cluster. sherrie johnson, abc 2 news. detailing in to an operation done by the bureau of alcohol, tobacco and firearms. the operation resulted in an agent hurt in a car accident near magnolia. atf isn't saying much about the situation. the crimes unit was involved and they have several suspects in custody. city police believe the same people are responsible for the fires from the weekend, they are responsible for 9 fires in september.

the molotov bombs were thrown at three separate homes in northwest baltimore. they had on grove land, bellview and liberty heights avenue. one of the fire bombs ignited a fire inside the window of the home. the resident awoke and extinguished the fire. police are asking for help finding this man. cornelius johnson, he shot andrew johnson sunday. he was found in a parking lot in glenn bernie and died at the hospital. he is charged with first degree murder as he should be considered armed and dangerous. the double shooting at the mall from the weekend. 6 prince georges county police shooting that killed a suspect. philip foster was founded with the suspect who came out of the district heights home. he has been released from the

out since charged with molesting young boys. linda so is here with what he admits to do with the youngsters. >> reporter: when asked if he was pedophile, sandusky said no. he did admit to sharing with young boys and horsing around with them. the former penn state coach says he is innocent of charges he sexually abused young boys, sandusky broke silence in a p phone interview with bob costs. he did admit some of the details in the grand jury report are accurate. >> well, i could say that i have done some of those things. i have horsed around with kids. i have showered after workouts. i have hugged them. i have touched their leg without intent of sexual

three feet away. her husband, mark kel by, documented her long road to recovery in a book we mentioned earlier. meanwhile another family is counting blessings after they r with trapped in a van that plunged in to a lake. these pictures are terrifying but luckily a friend was driving behind the family and spotted the van and came to the rescue. charles was in the van with his wife and five children and tried kicking out the window and a hammer in the car. the water was creeping in. the family and friend grabbed a rock and was able to break the glass. the family is going to be okay. indianas severe damage from a bus and truck accident luckily no one was seriously hurt. several opportunities and a bus driver were injured and taken to a hospital to be checked out. the pus was stopped at student's house when the semi crashed through the back of it. truck driver got a ticket for failing to yield. they are looking elsewhere

after a baker refused to supply a cake for a lesbian couple's civil union. they were doing a taste test in iowa. they didn't think anything of it until a business' owner said she would not sell the cake because they were gay. >> i said i will tell you i'm a christian. i said i do have convictions. i said i'm sorry to tell you i'm not going to be able to do your cake. >> we looked at each other. i don't think either one of us knew what to say. >> the couple said they were glad the opener was honest with them. now, maryland's most powerful doppler radar and the forecast certified most accurate by weather rate. it's 65 degrees, that should really raise the red flag, something is strange. temperatures in the 60s up and down the eastern sea board.

there is a surge of warm air in boston. when temperatures surge this warm ahead of a boundary in november, imagine the bottom is going to fall out. temperatures in the 30s on the other side. a lot of energy in the atmosphere. a sign of volatility and while there is a distinct steady line of rain separating our line, it is a slow moving boundary. the rain extends on to texas. a wave of low pressure along the boundary, enhancing the rainfall. we are relatively dry. we are going to look at showers trying to sneak in to the northern-western sections, sprinkles on the windshields towards york adams county towards hagerstown and western maryland. eventually that will move in to the region, all of us get a taste of it. it will be a difference of where you live sks south of baltimore it may take until the

evening commute to get the rain pushed in near the bay bridge. we could be look at wet weather before lunchtime. we will be looking at rain moving in throughout the day. we expect to have the rain stay with us for quite sometime. there will be bands of rain overnight. by this point tomorrow we could be a solid slug of moderate to heavy rainfall. there is a front back there. that moves through during the day. the heaviest rain could be around lunchtime and waves of rain as the rain pushes south and east of us as we head in through thursday morning, left with the clouds. we will have the cool down and the winds themselves, highlighting where that boundary will set up during the day tomorrow. we stay on the cooler side. high temperatures around lunchtime. 67, falling in the afternoon. looking for the late showers south but earlier west and north of the city, all of us get wet tonight. rest of the forecast in the next half hour.

the man suspected of carryinged out a mass murder will remain in jail for another three months. he made his first appearance in court yesterday. he had a speech prepared about the reasons he killed nearly 80 people in the car bombing in july. the judge cut him off. he admits to the killings but not that he did anything criminal. trial is set in the spring. four days of fighting between two militia groups left
