sandusky. the biological mother concerned for her son. jerry gave her son presents and was unusually close to hip. >> i think jerry was buying the kid. he was kind of suckering him in to whatever. >> reporter: the attorney of another victim also responded to the nbc interview in which sandusky said -- >> are you a pedophile? >> no. >> reporter: my client wants to sandusky to know he testifies that he was severely sexually assaulted by mr. sandusky. >> the number and the way that he was grooming them. when you read grand jury, presentment again, it's so consistent in the way that they explained his conduct. >> reporter: while she doesn't know if her son was sexually abused, she's not surprised by the hod criminal counts he's now facing. >> he's a liar that, you know -- he's, artist in covering all of himself up.

>> reporter: jerry sandusky is free on bail, but due back in court december 7 president. abc2 news. >> the fallout is really having an impact on the sandusky charity that he started. first the head of the organization stepped down, and now a pennsylvania restaurant and bar owner who hosted fundraisers for the charity before says he will no longer be associated with the group. the owner of lake harmony is a penn state grad and held an annual tail getting a party with all the proceeds going to second mile for years. the most recent fundraiser was held just last month. tonight, baltimore county police are looking for four men accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl. here's deposit was two of the men. she was walking around 3:00. the four drove up along side of her, one started talking to her. pulled out a gun, then forced

her into the front seat. then covered her eyes and drove her around. three of the men got out of car while the other sexually saw thed her. then they drove her back in a car similar to this one here. anyone with information should call the crime stoppers. you can also send an e-mail. the woman police believe master minded the kidnapping and imprisonment of four disabled people in a philadelphia basement has been found competent to stand trial. the ruling means that linda westen's prosecution will move forward, goes a hearing next month. they are charged with a locking the men and women in a basement and collecting their social security benefits. she has been ordered to get treatment while in police custody before her trial. university officials listed the lock down on the campus of

east carolina university. several hours after getting reports of a man walking on campus with an automatic rifle. turned out to be an umbrella. students and staff were secured in the buildings while police searched for the gunman. nothing was found, the chancellor said the report was unfounded. three nearby public schools were also locked down as a precaution. well in the latest developments in the occupy movement, police in seattle started pepper sprag protesters last night. the officers were trying to arrest a woman, but she swung a stick at them, another protester started getting involved. nearly a dozen were sprayed and eventually needed milk and water poured in their eyes because of the burning. four protesters were also arrested. and in the birthplace of the movement, hundreds of protesters kicked out of park in new york, returned last night, but without their tents and sleeping bags. judges ordered the park reopened, but they did not have a right to sleep there.

some of the protesters spent the night anyway, but any of them who tried to lay down or appeared to be carrying things to sleep, they were turned away by police. no more warnings for the folks in howard county as they speed through the school zone. the speed cameras are getting out real tickets. we are joined now with more. >> reporter: the county is now playing for keeps starting today. this morning, the real $40 tickets will be issued if you get caught speeding. howard county says after a year of study and month of testing out a system, they put two camera advance on the road to slow people down. police spokeswoman sherrie says the advance will be located around the school zone daily basis. this is about changing driver behavior. >> we're still assessing whether or not we think that people have started to slow down just from the knowledge that the cameras may be out there. we don't expect driver behavior to change overnight, but it's essential something we hope

well tonight's consumer alert, the holidays right around the corner. lots of people are thinking about what gifts to give, products safety experts to want remind us to think safely first. the safety commission says no regulations have forced toy makers to make their products safer. there are some you should always avoid, like stay away from toys with a balloons or small parts because lots of children, at any age are going to try to eat almost anything. the way you package your gifts is also important too. >> it's so much fun to see children open presents and the paper and plastic bags, the ribbons, and so little children can pick these up and put plastic bags over their heads which is a suffocation hazard. make sure you remove all the wrapping paper and you keep

thick clouds. 57 degrees right now. and certainly some showers still out and about. stay that, take a look at that rain as it came through earlier today, i mean clouds, showers, dreary, ugly november look to the sky, main street, the traffic gets worse with the rain, slick conditions out on the roads. and how about west elementary, wet conditions here as well as we finished up the day on charles. maryland's most powerful radar, check it out. we've got wet weather from hagerstown west, this is sort of the edge of our next line of rain that'll be coming through. it's already putting rain down, across the central part of state, widely scattered showers now. northeastern maryland, back down through fredericksburg, virginia, not a lot of rain around baltimore right now. we think one more wave due later this evening. temperatures mid-50s from hagerstown to baltimore, eastern shore, we're still looking at low 60s.

pretty much the front is right on top of western maryland. cold air behind it just beginning to edge in to oakland. and as we look at some of those winds right now. they have turned northwest from the western shore out towards hagerstown, eastern shore, a bit of a southwest wind blowing. warmer temperatures there. now, highs today push 70 on the lower eastern shore, never above 60 at the airport today, they're downtown had 61 and 50s to the west. that was it in terms of temperature. clouds holding tough, and the showers all helping to cool things down. the main cold air has yet to arrive. again, you could see this front beginning to develop another round of significant rain out to the west. we're going to get one more decent round of rain in here through the late evening and overnight hours before that clear air arrives by midday tomorrow. that will also be much colder air back across the upper midwest. so we'll continue to watch for that as the main cold front dives south. now you can see the affect in terms of temperature right now

where that cold air is coming down the pike. 41 in chicago, cincinnati down to 48, we've still got that warm air reaching the east coast including the lower eastern shore, southern maryland, but the cold air will arrive, that's for sure. trend timing wise, when will the rain start and abate? another round showers through the evening. should clear out overnight, 8:00 a.m. things cloudy. few spritzes of rain here and there, then the skies clear off, thursday into friday. we're left with breezy, dry conditions, and on the whole, a real, real good looking weather scenario during the weekend. much chillier tomorrow and friday. overnight 44, lingering rain as we turn colder. thursday forecast, how about 47 degrees? a much cooler two degree guarantee, thursday night down to 31 as we go mostly clear and it will be quite brisk by tomorrow night. check out seven-day forecast.
