treasury department for a bailout. the other option would be upping the premiums it charges. it would take a significant drop in home prices to force them to consider either scenario. now good news, for chase customers, bank is getting rid of the frees that it had been trying out in several parts of the country. among the charges being pulled, $10 and $15 monthly cheque account fee, and a three dollars fee to use your debit card. now we've got the very latest on the gunman who fired shots at the white house. the secret service has arrested a 20-year-old idaho man. jamie castillo joins us with the latest. >> reporter: investigators believe oscar hernandez fired at the white house on friday night. now the president was out of town at the time hernandez was arrested about in a hotel just about an hour outside of pittsburgh. police believe he shot at the white house from about 800 yards away on the national

look at this, court house, apparently on the loose in tennessee after a crash full of tractor trailers were involved in a crash. one of the big registration carrying a load of cattle reason into the median, landed across the westbound lanes. truck following behind then hit the middle of the trailer causing it to overturn.

the trailer was carrying more than 50 cattle, unfortunately 20 did die and some drivers were hurt. no, that is not santa claus stuck in the chimney, it's a teenager who learned a tough lesson. the georgia teen tried to break into a home, but it didn't work out. he got stuck in the kill5ny. he was there for 12 hours before firefighters had to pull him out. no word on any charges. a huge pile-up in indiana is being blamed on the weather. one car slammed on the brakes in a low visibility area triggering a chain reaction crash. 17 cars crashed into one another including a tanker truckloaded with fuel. no fuel leaked. presidential candidate rick perry was supposed to be open to the public, not everyone was allowed to team. we'll explain why on the 2012
