police department for four years. the video showed one kicking the suspect, a car theft suspect in the head more than a dozen times. it showed the other officer hitting him with his knee and then the first officer stomped on the man and kicked him in the head. the pair held him down and handcuffed him for walk away. a prosecutor is reviewing the incident and will decide if they will face criminal charges. here is a look at the top stories, the season for the holidays but also for criminals. they are now targeting area goodwill stores. a robber struck a store in townsend last friday and then came back to rob it again five- days later. a separate store was also robbed with in the last week an armed robber shown in the video struck five times in three separate counties. the charges against former penn state coach jerry sandusky
