>> the syracuse head coach says fine has full support. both men say the penn state case pushed him to push out from the accusers saying how powerful they felt before a powerful coaching figure. grandmother in northwest baltimore received startling news when she opened her water bill. it was close to $20,000. and that's when she contacted abc2 news and sherrie johnson is standing by with more on this developing story. sherrie. >> reporter: well, frances webb's water bill was 750 times larger than what she normally is charged. and when she complained to the city, they said she would have to pay it. webw lives on wabash avenue and also own a vacant loss next door which has water meter. she has two water bills to pay every three months the most recent bill was 19,34--

$19.300.44 and was more than in all the years she owned the property. >> i wasn't using that much water and from the time she said this was wrong because we had paid this house and this too the lot. and we didn't owe anything not a penny. >> reporter: abc2 news contacted the city's department of public works a spokesman says webb's bill was misreading of the meeters and -- meters and human error she doesn't have to pay the $19,000 water bill. sherrie johnson, abc2 news. this morning all caught on tape. you won't believe this a school bus driver in florida watching her cell phone not the road. the bus is moving and you can see that over her right shoulder and she is keeping her eyes from the phone to the road. and now in all she spends 10 seconds looking at the phone. the bus driver told her supervisor she was watching a game on her phone. an oklahoma high school student is in the hospital after she and two friends were

eve is a tradition in baltimore city but it appears the city may be low on funds this year. officials with baltimore office of promotion and the art says they need 75 # to $100 -- 75 to 100,000 dollars for the show but they raised 28,000 dollars. officials say the event draws more than 100,000 people to the harbor every year and could have a 7 million dollar impact on the city. the city says it is confident more donations will come through and, of course, they believe the show will go on. the ravens take on the cincinnati bengal at home and you can root for them to win and the team wants you to help out. this sunday, the 16th annual ravens food and family drive bring a can to the game for the maryland food bank. if you can't make it to the stadium on sunday, you can donate. head to any baltimore area giant grocery store from now until sunday where you can donate online at the maryland food bank.org. new census data might make you think more about donating. one in three children in the
