much to her frustration. frances webb's watter bill was 750 times larger than what she normally is charged and what she complained they said she would have to pay it. webw lives on wabash avenue and owns the vacant lot next door with a water meter. she has two water bills to pay and the most recent bill for the vacant lot was 19,300.44. this is more taft total amount she -- this more than the total amount she paid for all the water bills in the more than 42 years she owned the property. >> there's no water on the lot. never been any water. no house has been there. >> i talked to the water people, and they fixed it. >> did they? >> it's fixable. i appreciate that base knew i wasn't going to fix it. -- because i knew i wasn't going to fix it. >> reporter: a spokesman says the bill was a result of a

misreading of the meters. it was human error and she doesn't have to pay the $19,000 bill. sherrie johnson, abc2 news. news around the nation in indiaa video last month of a police say it was an attack on a officer. this is dash cam video from the day. investigators say the suspect led officers on a chase and after the car crashed police say gunman stabbed an officer in the face and other officers on the scene then opened fire killing the suspect. two officers in albuquerque, new mexico have been fired and may face criminal charge after allegedly beating a car theft suspect. it was captured on surveillance video and a officer tackled the suspect and another kicked him in the head repeatedly. officials say they thought the suspect was reaching for a gun

well. follow us on twitter at maryland traffic for the latest information. charley. allegation involving a child sex abuse case not at penn state this one at another university and a major one. two former ball boys say an assistant coach at syracuse university sexually assaulted them. and linda so is here with what's going on right now because a lot of issues are being raised about the questioning of the timing of the right now. and especially in the wake of penn state. >> reporter: yeah, well a former basketball player who worked closely with bernie fine the accused coach says he believes the recent penn state scandal may be a motivating factor for the alleged victims. the former player says the allegations are completely ridiculous. the two former ball boys say fine molested them when they were young boys. one of the alleged victims who is now 39 years old says the sexual abuse started in 1984 when he was about to start 7th grade and continued until he was 27. on thursday, bobby davis told espn the abuse took place at

all new information. >> reporter: occupy wall street are occupying the highways. a group of protesters are marching 240 miles to our nation's capital. a small group made their way from new york and spent the night in havre de grace last night. this morning they will take u.s. route 40 to baltimore on the way to dc. the hikers want to protest the white -- at the white house in time for the november 23rd congregga deficit reduction committee which will decide whether or not to keep president obama's extension of bush era tax cuts. protesters say the cuts benefit rich americans. the final destination is mcpherson square which is the home of occupy dc. now occupy the highway hikers plan to stop in 11 cities before reaching washington, d.c. on november 23rd. reporting live in interactive news center sherrie johnson, abc2 news. it's a water front life kicking off in the inner harbor a spectacular packed with events taking place all along

mondayity kids raised for brand new playground many many people have been chiming in on line with temperatures in the 20s. we got 31 in baltimore but 20s surrounding the region. the wind chill knocked into the 20s as well and that's what we have this morning a little hint of a wind chill and that's all it takes is wind to do that officially 7 mile perhour push in baltimore. and light variable wind up to about 12 miles per hour there in easton. needless to say a little push of that wind today. we are watching high preservure build -- pressure build in and it created snow and we showed you that in western new york and upstate back across the great lakes and that's in no impact on our region. we are underneath high pressure and dry sky if you will and that win out of the west northwest is a dry wind for us. we have a virtually cloud free sky and will follow the wind out of west northwest and ease up tonight and tomorrow we go south and the south wind will be a good thing towards the end of the weekend. there will be a storm that moves in on thanks giving week and that's fairly commonplace but it will be warming up ahead
