it's time to start the top 20 count down and we begin with number 206789 do you have that story for us? >> i have surveillance video that shows some questionable police behavior and it's not coming from okay pi wall street. from a parking garage where you see nicholas bloom getting tacked by officer -- bloom allegedly stole a car. >> woe. gets the suspect on the ground, kicks him with his knee. then the officer runs up and kicks him in the head repeatedly. the cops have him cuffed, have got him under control. hard to tell, but these officers go up to each other and give each other a chest bump like you would do after a touchdown in a football game.

this guy was a pretty bad guy that they had been looking for for quite a while. did they overdo it? i think so. >> apparently bloom does have a long criminal history but in this case they were arresting him for allegedly stealing a car. >> had something just happened recently? >> the officers have been fired. a special prosecutor is reviewing the incident and will decide the f the two officers will face criminal charges. >> there is a whole other kind of action. it's fun and sexy at first. steve has this one. >> by now we all know that we should be a little careful of the friend requests that we accept on facebook. >> uh-huh. >> in this video you see a guy logs in, checks his friend requests, confirms a friend and all of the sudden we are in a

first person video in a bar scene. people are partying. girl in the video. guy is in the bathroom. before you know it they are in a cab. looks like the guy is getting lucky. watch how the video ends. this is actually a psa that was released by the polish red cross that compares to sleeping with a stranger you meet in the bar to something like friending them on facebook. >> it is random, i guess. >> you don't know their background or friends. >> do you think that is saying we should take caution when meeting up with somebody that we meet on the internet? >> that is not how you meet people but how you interact with the people that you meet. >> the smartest thing to do is if you are going to be sexually active is to know a little bit about who they are and their background but to have people tested out of respect for the

welcome back to the rtm top ten count down. we are at number six this is just a great video story. you can watch this one over and over and over again. we got this one from our good friends in phoenix, arizona. you are seeing the result of a rollover car accident? phoenix. and two frightened dogs escaped from the rolled over vehicle. >> oh. >> and the dogs began running down the freeway. there was traffic everywhere. at first a driver stopped and tries to help capture the dogs, but the dog is running full speed down the highway. >> the dog did a little juk move there. >> and officers part of the department of public safety start chasing the dog down on their motorcycle but you see

cars whizzing by as the motorcycle follows the dog. the guy is chasing on foot down the freeway is officer martin bennett. he is 6'10". he pins the little dog against the guard wall. >> it is funny to see this officer get off his motorcycle and chase a dog on the highway. >> and a reporter actually spoke to the officer after he saved the dog. >> the jokes have already started to fly. i am sure this will be on my retirement party. >> they will be reunited with their owner who was take on the the hospital. both dogs are fine and the driver is fine.
