michelle is an addictions nurse and doesn't use drugs and hasn't consumed alcohol for a decade. she demanded the hospital test her immediately and her tests came back negative. the staff made a huge mistake saying a mix up happened during a computer shutdown time. the hospital said if she continues to have concerns we are happy to discuss those with her. here is what she had to say. >> i demanded they test me. they tested me, i was negative. they realized i was negative and he was positive, they realized there had to be a mistake. >> weber is still furious and lost bonding time with her baby and considering legal action against the hospital. kuren redmond, abc2 news. >> this is our hot topic. we want to know what you think. what would you do if in your opinion the mom's position.

he was caught trying to make pipe bombs. kuren redmond is live with more on the story and what we are learning about the man. >> police kept a close eye on this suspect. they have been following him for the past year. jose is described a as sympathizer who stands accused of trying to bomb police and post offices in new york city as well as u.s. troops returning home. authorities say they have been tailing him for the last year. police were able to move in on him while hes with he was in the process of making a pipe bomb. he spent his time on the internet and visited radical web sites and used al-qaeda inspired instructions. authorities found a article on how to make a bomb in the kitchen of your mom. he posted numerous articles
