released. we're seeing the end of a four mile chase. that is paul spencer that just crashed into a tree. he gets out enraged, carrying a knife. you saw the knife in his right hand. he stabs an officer in the cheek. that causes two other officers to fire ten rounds. seven of them hit paul spencer. he died nine hours later at the hospital. >> wow. >> you would think that somebody who had been involved in an accident like that being chased by police, you wouldn't think they would jump out the car with that type of rage and energy. >> that was crazy. the guy just wrecked a car. >> his eyes were bulging, his face was blank. that was animal, almost. >> the family says that's not our uncle paul. they have come out and said i know that's him in the video but

you have a middle seat on your flight, at least you are not getting beat up by a cop. >> we see video from the occupy protest of police officers using rubber bullets, pepper spray, tear gas. there is another device that is now reportedly being used by officers both on occupy wall street and oakland. it's called a long range acoustic device. we found this interesting video. it was used at the first time for the g-20 summit back in 2009. these devices can be hand held, carried or as you see in this video, they can be attached to the top of a police vehicle. and it emits a very high pitched noise around 130, 140
