mature cyclone. we have a developing storm system here and another wave of low pressure pumping in strong storms out of eastern texas through arkansas and that's just going to feed a fuel this boundary that is stretching through maryland. it's right here we have had showers. we do have fog that's the issue all day. and we will continue with the moist eastern flow that will keep us very damp. we are at 49 in baltimore. 50 in easton and not much moving throughout the day and winds out of the east will continue to pile in that moisture. follow the wakeup window at the bottom of the screen and we will talk about the threat of heavy rain and thunderstorms coming up. our first look at traffic with teresa. >> reporter: good morning. roads are slick this morning. use caution and maybe plan for extra time. we have properties of an accident at howard and lombard. what are you looking at? that's a brand new highway. this is 200 at 95 which opened at 6 a.m.

this morning. and they do not have tolls from 95 to georgia avenue until the 5th of dose. an all out search for a murder suspect accidentally released from custody. linda so is here with how that mistake happened. linda. >> reporter: police say it was a clerical error that led to the murder suspect being released on bond. frederick scott was locked up at prince george's county jail for the past 6 months. he is accused of shooting a man to death outside the nightclubback in march. was held without bond but police say some type of clerical error led to him being granted a $# 5,000 bond. police say he quickly -- $75,000 bond police say he quickly put up the cash and was released. a bench want was-- benp warrant wasish -- bench warrant was issued. >> when he murder occurred he was fled and was located a few

months later in las vegas. >> reporter: this morning, there's a nationwide search for scott. police are asking for your help to get him back behind bars. linda so, abc2 news. they are calling it flash mob trial. 50 teens and young adults went in a 7-eleven store. police are hoping this video can lead to arrest. it happened in silver spring and some of the teens were caught afterwards hanging around in parking lots and surrounding streets after that robbery. and a string of robberies to good will stores and another store hit friday night. police say the cockeysville good will store was robbed. and it was the second time that location had been hit along with two robberies in towson. now in this incident police say a masked man entered with a happened gun and made several customers and employees go to the office. they took money from the registers and the safe in the store and police believe the string of robberies are related. and they are saying anyone any information call baltimore county police at 410-307-2020.

police in sykesville are doing their part to keep guns off the street and held the first turn in program saturday. 13 guns were turned in along with 35 pounds of ammunition. officers tell a paper about 30 people dropped off their guns and ammo. the guns will be destroyed and ammunition will be turned over to state fire marshal's office for proper disposal. the state of maryland is threatening the company that runs a baltimore grand prix with a lawsuit. baltimore racing development owes nearly 600,000 in unpaid tacks. on monday the comp trol are's office fied a lien on property that company owns. several local businesses and vendors say balmmore racing development owes them -- baltimore racing development owes them money. later the final stretch of the inner county connector will open in time for the tuesday rush and holiday travel it connects i-270 and i -- and it

is free until december 4th when the mtl will charge 6 to $3.20 depending when you use the road. if you thought tomorrow would be the bad day for travel when you hit the roads and airports, it may be the day. -- it may be today and sherrie johnson has more on a growing travel trend. >> reporter: we are live here at the maryland house along interstate 95 in harford county. you can see folks are already stopping here at this rest area here taking a little break from their travels. a lot of people will hit the road today to get an early jump- start on the holiday. it seems tuesday before thanksgiving is becoming the new wednesday before thanks giving. and today is not expected to be quite as busy as the nation's busiest travel day of the year, but, recent trends show it is not far behind. at airports, and train stations and toll facilities, officials expected a surge in travelers as thanksgiving transform from a holiday to a holiweek.

now "good morning maryland" at 4:30. baltimore mayor stephanie rawlings blake is using her pay raise to benefit local youth. she is promising to give the money to the youth works summer jobs program. that raise is a 2 1/2% cost of living raise and will go to program that places teens in summer jobs. it averages out to about 3900 dollars. rawlings blake is makeing that donation because of the city's dire financial situation. now maryland's most powerful doppler radar and the forecast certified most accurate by weatherate. here we go again. it's damp and it's foggy and it's going to continue. this bel air i want to show you main street route 22. from our friend at safe harbor

go in terms of people in the community, people will they be angry or threaten you. >> we told you yesterday about another allegation that surfaced at penn state dating back to the summer of 2000 but it's not clear if jerry sandusky is the person named in the assault: in the wake of the scandal in state college, lawmakers in maryland are working to make sure something like that doesn't happen mere and the meeting was held and another going to be held tonight. corinne redman is in the interactive news center with what's being discussed. >> reporter: well, during the meeting there were lots of talk about the well defined system in baltimore that's in place to report abuse but experts say it only works if people who see something say something. the town hall meeting was held made up of experts on keeled abuse police and social workers and they say the problem is birring than one university and baltimore city, more than 800 cases of sex abuse against children are reported every year and dozens if not hundreds more are not reported.

south and 70 in jackson, mississippi. we are on the edge of the warm stuff that will pump back n but we have ourselves a look at a pattern that dominates with the warm are air that will push ahead of it and for some reason we are showing you the temperatures again. wanted to show you the satellite and radar composit. there's the storm to the west. you can see the heavy rain on the edge of the screen and that's thrown to the east. we are on the edge of the boundary separating the chilly stuff to the north and warm stuff to the south. we will be on the cool side for today. as the storm tracks off towards the east it will throw the heavy rain in our direction. as the storm tracks to the north it will bring in warm air and perhaps bring in thunderstorms. there's a look at the storm extending down to the rio grand border with mexico. and it's going pump in tropical moisture all focused to get here over the next 36 hours. this is what we are looking at. future radar picks up on moisture we have this morning. spotty showers and fog. but steadier heavier rains
