the last five days. much more on their arrest at 6:00. police arrested a man wanted for murder after he showed up at jail to serve time on another charge. cornelius johnson arrived to serve his seven days in jail, and police found that there was an arrest warrant for murder. he is being held without bail. >> a registered sex offender was arrested in connection with suspicious behavior. james oliver is charged with parole violation. they say he was working in the south river colony community on november 14th when a man in a red truck pulled up next to him. the man rolled down his window and asked the boy if he wanted a ride. the child ran away and reported

the behavior to the school. the next day a similar incident was reported, and police were able to identify oliver as the suspect. he is being held tonight without bail. >> former penn state assistance coach jerry sandusky is free tonight, but according to lawyers, that may change. it is suspected that prosecutors will add new allegations from new alleged victims and ask for a judge to deny him bail. his lawyer said the choice to investigate sandusky through the grand jury suggests there is not enough evidence to convict him. >> he said when he was growing up, it was quite normal for men

coupled with a unique or funny video. for instance, charlie bit my finger. so how do you cash in? if and only in your video starts getting thousands of hits, youtube are e-mail you to offer revenue sharing you know then get a google ad sense account to make money with each click. but hot youtube videos that won't earn you a dime use copyrighted music. you may say doesn't that stink? but the law is the law. so even if it's a great video of school teachers dancing to a katy perry song, sorry, you can't make money off of it. so read youtube's terms and fine print about how to protect your video, if you think it has a chance to go viral and get millions of hits. you don't want somebody else profiting off your video, so you don't waste your money.

>> let's get it into. heavy and steady rain out there on the most powerful radar. northern carol county getting some very heavy rains right now. tough travels around the entire beltway. taking 83 north trying to get to grandma's a couple of days early, that's going to be tough. as you are heading southwest, as you get past d.c., thinks will start to clear out a little bit here in southern maryland, a little clearing going on, but it's still a mess. take a look at the temperature. 55 degrees, it's mild. humidity 100%, wet roads, tough traffic, and we're at one mile visibility. we're going to see banks of fog again through the overnight making things tough into the morning hours.

take a look at some of the weather as it occurred today on our abc 2 weather bug camera. tough to see downtown sometimes with the mist, fog, rain, and drizzle. big-time in hartford county. a dreary-looking november day. here is d.c. as opposed to thursday night with tens of thousands of tailgaters out there deep frying their turkeys down at ravens stadium. so timing could be worse, at least. if you have an early morning flight, we still could have low visibility, and active rain, and so potential delays. call ahead for early morning flights. winds are variable out there, but a south breeze kicking in, and as that south wind overspreads maryland, it will push this current line of rain

north. now we're in the mid and upper 50s, even with the rain, cooler west in the 40s, but warmer air will surge up briefly overnight, ahead of a cold front. rain beginning to push north. we've got drier yet still cloudy conditions down in virginia, and then the main storm itself centered out points west of us, and the trailing cold front will bring rain, showers, and storms, bring some big thunderstorms tonight to the south. it will bring a showers and thundershowers here in the morning. but rapidly through the day tomorrow, we'll look for rapidly improving weather. this is 5:00 a.m. in the morning, so again that 5:00, 6:00, 7:00 a.m. flight, possible delays, also. i'm sure the roads will be jammed up a bit with all of that rain. and then by 11:00 a.m. or so, we're clearing out nicely. if you're traveling west, of course, you're going to get into clear weather each quicker as opposed to going just due
