on craigslist when she decided to post an ad to sell her husband. it said free on craigslist and free to a good home. it was joke but e mails began to pour in. >> i had a couple personal ads for men saying oh, i am house broke. you know, i am trained and i will trade him places. >> some thought she was serious and trying to give marital counseling. >> one woman offered to trade a bag of skitels and she did put the ad out there she says she is happy to have her husband home and says, game on. so it's a joke between husband and wife. justin. yeah not too funny, huh. hey, by the way, we are looking at winds and it's not funny on the eastern shore. highlighting the wind out of the south at 10 miles per hour in easton. 16 miles per hour in salisbury. and that's a southerly wind. you notice the south wind that's where it is warm. we have shifted the wind to the west after the rain is depardoned and -- departed. check out the temperatures.

top stories we are following for you this morning. 20 people have been treated at hospital for injuries after a three vehicle accident in southern maryland involving a school bus full of students and a car and truck. now the students were from great mills high school. driver of the truck has been charged with driving under the influence. instructors at baltimore fire and rescue academy will not face disciplinary action with allegation of cheating on the exam. all the e-ms instructors were put on administrative leave after 20 student got their hand on the state exam before taking the test. investigators say they know what started a fire in september that killed two long time educators here in the city. sherrie johnson is here with more on the final moments. sherrie. >> reporter: well, all new this morning, we now know that the fire that killed two top educators was an electrical fire. it is all so hard to listen to but we have the 911 tapes with the final words of donned

patter -- donald patterson and his wife inside the home. it was in northwest baltimore when firefighters were called to the scene of a fire. the first thing you learned from the tapes is the call from donald patterson went to baltimore county. the dispatcher transferred that call to the city precious seconds were lost because the house was in flames. patterson tells the dispatcher that he is upstairs. take a listen. >> what's on fire? >> my house. the fire is raging. >> hello? >> yes. >> okay. is there anyway you can on the door and get out? >> yes. >> it's -- >> reporter: it's hard to listen to but it's likely donald patterson was calling from a cell phone and the cell signal was picked up by a tower in baltimore county. now officers say it's likely much time was not wasted in transferring that call. sherrie johnson, abc2 news. in democracy 2012. gop presidential contenders gathered in the nation's capital for the 11th debate. the topics ranged from national

out. band of heavy rains on the eastern shore. you have another hour as it passes through salisbury and ocean city another two hours of heavy rain. we get the lull and this line here is the cold front. it's wrapping around this circulation. that is our storm system and now the cold air wraps around the storm but it has a pocket of cold air across northern new york and new england with heavy snow. this is the part we are concerned with. and while low pressure passes through pennsylvania, even though that is the cold front itself, wrapping behind it is a band of energy that could reignite storms for us in the afternoon. so this time frame i just want to make very clear. the rains out of the region this morning. we get a lull. this line should pass through the region and it may be in a broken form between 7 to our west and near frederick and 10 passing east to baltimore and we could get this to develop through showers and storms in the afternoon and there's no look at it. the future trend with the heavy rain pushing east and mid afternoon we could have another

bumpy ride and a flare-up of thunderous activity. that's the leading edge of the cool air settling in overnight. dry weather for the next few days. and a warmup after thanks giving. 64 we have hit that. we could get back early this afternoon and then look for another possible storm. tonight we slide back into the 30s. and 34 should do it. wind gusting to 30 miles per hour. tomorrow, a gusty day but at least dry with a high of 56. and 62 on friday. by the way i will say good weather for the ravens game tomorrow night and after friday, we are looking mid-60s over the weekend and after tuesday next week, we could get the first real taste of winter. >> reporter: thank you. good mornias saying, we have flood warnings and we are getting reports of small road flooded. and if you are driving near standing water, use caution and do not drive through it. let's look at 95 at white marsh. northbound, southbound more cars around you. but right now we are not seeing any delays. looking elsewhere, we are not seeing any other major delays. charley. >> concerns about flying junk apparently get trash in space

five things to know on this wednesday morning. the lifeguard captain who pulled natalee wood -- natalie wood body says he believes she could have been saved had the search be started earlier. she was missing 5:11 on november 29th, four hours after she went missing from a yacht off the catalina islands. oregon's governor says execution in his state will never happen on his watch. he is issuing a reprieve to a convicted murderer scheduled to die. the governor says "i simply cannot participate once again in something that i believe to be moralely wrong. researchers aboard the international space station may have to take shelter later today to protect themselves from orbiting space gumption. it's about 4 inches in diameter

and is expected to come between feet of the station but could change course. and gabrielle giffords returns to hem home in arizona for a private visit for the thanksgiving holiday. she plans to spend thanksgiving with her husband, parents and other family members and a few friends. and today president obama will pardon two minnesota turkeys at the rose garden in a ceremony. last year the president pardoned two turkeys aim and cider. hope -- apple and ciderp hopefully the birds this year will fair better than last year. apple and cider both died within a year of being pardoned by the president. luggage is not only thing you are carrying around the airport this travel season. how you can avoid picking up germs along the way. plus, how long would you wait in line for black friday deals. some people are in that position and we will look and the children's intelligence may depend on when they are conceived. which kids researchers say tend to be smarter.
