this video, right? >> there's some tension between the champaign, illinois, police department and the community. some of the tension stemming from this recently released dash cam video i found on youtube. the officer notices a couple guys jaywalking, he pulls into the intersection and asks them, stop. >> guys, step up to my car here. step up to my car. >> i'm not doing nothing. >> step up to my car. >> i'm notp. don't make me, bro. why are you touching me? >> because i told you to step up to my car. >> i don't understand [ bleep ]. >> step up to my car. place your doct-- >> hey. >> oh! >> for jaywalking? >> all this apparently over jaywalking. >> doesn't look like they were jaywalking. looks like there was a crosswalk there. they're at a corner of the intersection. >> they were stopping against the light. >> this video doesn't end here. the suspect is now in the back of the car and is still yelling

we've all heard of a flash mob. what about a flash rob? this is surveillance video just released from a crime that happened over the weekend. and right before midnight, about 50 teens showed up to a 7-eleven in silver springs, maryland, and stole things like snacks and drinks and goods from the 7-eleven and as you can see, they all rushed in at once. >> in some other videos we've seen, they come rushing in and kind of tear the store apart. here, it just looked like there were so many of them, they just -- didn't look anybody was really stealing anything but they kind of came and went and i'm imagining they had pockets full of stuff. >> we have a different angle where you can see a little more activity. no way to control a crowd like that if he was one clerk. >> police are concerned this is becoming a trend. this is all around the washington, d.c., area. we saw it happen back in august and they're thinking it's the same kind of workings as a flash
