developing story. >> reporter: well, bernie fine's firing came after the recorded phone call and investigators say more victims have come forward. espn released the potentiallydamming phone conversation from 2002 on the tape fine's wife laurie and bobby davis one of the accusers who secretly recorded the car. fine's wife appears to know about the abuse. davis says he he told police about the abuse in 2002 but got nowhere. that's when he decided to make the secret recording and there's another stunning development in the case. laurie fine seems to admit she also what sexual relationship with bobby davis when he was 18 years old and take a listen to a portion of the tape. >> i know everything that went on with him. bernie has issue. maybe he is not aware of but he has issues. and you trusted somebody you shouldn't have trusted. he had no business doing what he did with you.

me. you can see they are a tent city and they have been here for two months now. but as you said, the occupy los angeles group, that he had midnight deadline where they had to clear out a city hall and, of course, as you know, the deadline has come and gone and about 100 demonstrators are still out there and the atmosphere with a celebratory around the l.a. camp. organizers led chants with a bullhorn and los angeles mayor says police will not immediately begin making arrests to provide ample time for protesters to leave. now police say they doubt if anyone will go and they do expect to make arrests at some point. demonstrators are vowing to stay put and this morning, we have hakeem up yerly to talk us about. tell me about what is -- early to talk us about. what is your reaction when you hear about the folks in los angeles being asked to leave or remove from their position that. deadline has come and gone and some are still staying put.

what is your reaction sm. >> emappalled. -- reaction? >> i am appalled. no one should ask you to move out of the site because due to the fact they are exercising their first amendment rights. freedom of protest and freedom of speech. as long as you do it peacefully you shouldn't have to move from a square whether it's public or private in a sense. because every park is is public but it's technically private. >> reporter: how are things going with occupy baltimore? >> everything is so far going good. due to the fact i kept my faith and belief in god and myself and love others, i basically made sure that everyone down here is taken care of. we have got shelter, food and shelter, tent city, the thing is, we have so much people that are not even trying to pitch in. me and timothy are basecally

daughter threatening to kill them both. the man barges into the store demanding money from the clerk. and he points the gun at the mom and 3-year-old. he ordered them to stay there and threatened to kill them claiming he knew where they lived. he serves for more money but -- searches for more money but leaves. mother and daughter were not hurt and police are searching for the man. an airline passenger arrest for watching child pornography while on a plane will be arraigned today. he was arrested as soon as he landed at boston logan international airport. other passengers noticed what he was watching and police say one passenger took a cell phone photograph of the man while was watching the kiddy porn. a suspect is a 47-year-old utah man. a man assault flight attendant will be in court a ci officer subdued the man and handcuffed him while on the jet blue plane. officer intervened after he punched a flight attendant in the face early sunday from dominican republic to jfx

international airport. the assault happened after the attendant told the man to stop drinking and stop drinking duty free alcohol. a dramatic rescue in east los angeles. strangers rushed to the aid of three people pinned underneath a pickup. it rolled over on the riverside county desert. the california highway patrol made it to the scene in time to see drivers lifting the truck pulling the woman passenger from underneath. now the chp has released new details so far few details. no word on what caused the truck to roll over. it's the not police chase you see often but officers ran around trying to catch a ram on the loose. it disrupted little league practice and some people watched the chase from outside the fence. animal services caught it and they are trying to figure out to whom this animal belongs and how it got in the park. watching watching holiday lights take a memorable turn for a couple. what led a man to make this a

now "good morning maryland." funeral arrangements have been set for two teen boys killed in a car crash in howard county. they were the best of friends and last night hundreds gathered for a vigil. linda so is here with what one of the boys' moms had to say. linda. >> reporter: johnny deckman's monday says her prayers were answered when she learned he didn't suffer. she says her boy was a loving son and a missionary and a great teacher. strong in character for a young age. the crowd of mourners took over the front lawn of heritage community search -- church in severn. 18-year-old johnny was killed along with his best friend 19- year-old jeffrey giles. police say they were in a car with three other friends friday night out for a joyride when the driver of the car 18-year-

oldlost control and crashed. johnny and his best friend were not wearing seat belts. three others survived and were taken to shock trauma. family and friends say johnny loved kids and he was going toan arundel community col towing become a teacher. this summer he went to el salvador on a missions trip and his mother says he was always thinking about others. >> thanksgiving morning i made breakfast, and he turned to me and he said mom, i am so thankful for you and that was john. he was always thinking of other people. >> reporter: the viewing for johnny's best friend jeffrey giles will be held on tuesday evening from 6 to 9 at heritage community church. the memorial is wednesday morning at 10. the viewing for johnny deckman is on thursday from 10 to 2. funeral will follow. that's just one day after johnny's 19th birthday. linda so, abc2 news. the walt disney company says it is now scrapping the idea of what it will do. when you think it was time to get off the gas, well time to
