after sentenced to a year of home detention. a judge sentenced him for illegal possession of a firearm. giordano is being released. he is held with gardener's disappearance. >> we've learned the aruben courts declined a legal maneuver to keep him in jail. this clears him to leave aruba, he could return to maryland tomorrow. investigators are no closer to explaining what happened to robin garter in, his travel companion. aruben authorities don't have evidence to keep him. an investigation without a body, murder weapon or clear motive. he took 36-year-old robin to aruba for fun. she vanished from a beach while snorkeling. attorneys say his legal

troubles are far from over. >> this investigation is still going on. not only because we think the system has to do that but the relatives of robin in the united states, they are still left without clues and answers on what happened to their loved one. >> giordano is investigated by the fbi and faces a possible grand jury dime in maryland relating to a $1.5 million insurance policy he bought designating himself as the beneficiary. allen wright remains in jail accused of raping a 13- year-old girl. wright pulled the teenage girl in to an abandoned home. the alleged incident happened last month. the girl fell through a decaying floor to the basement where he raped and threatened to kill her. dna evidence matches the sample in the state's data base. man is in the hospital after suffering a severe pit

bull attack. all while out for a ride. it happened monday in davidsonville park in arundel county. three dogs attacked the man. the animals were said to be on leashes handled by another man. the man took off with one of those dogs while animal control is currently looking for the other two animals. possible meth lab is under investigation after neighbors called bge reporting a gas smell. it's on mc eldry street. firefighters went in and believed they saw a meth lab. task force spent monday checking air levels. warning if you are shopping, baltimore county police say a woman at the center of a crime spree made her way in to our area. linda so is in the studio with what police are looking for. >> this woman is no stranger to violence. she is a former member of gang.

her name is snefny sh wawb. she kidnapped and -- stephanie sh wawb. she asked the woman for a ride, got in to her car and they drove to the shoppers food warehouse and she pulled out a knife and demanded the victim keep driving. when the driver could out for help, she stabbed her in the hand and took off. schwab stove a car from a woman at the tyson's mall on november 19th. she is also wanted in two bank robberies in northern virginia. linda so, abc2 news. a person believed to be a good samaritan turned out to be
