lawyer dispute the charges. he said he sees the strategy of putting him in the trial instead of sandusky. he said comments have really hurt the victims. he said he is in discussion with prosecutors. an anne arundel man is recovering after he was attacked by at least two dogs while running in a davidsonville park. it happened late monday afternoon on 3100 block of patuxent river road. the plan fled the park with one dog and the other two got loose in the park. one was captured quickly by animal control. the other was running lose for -- loose for several hours before it was cornered. >> it was in thick dense marsh,

now to a story out of connecticut. we've all heard the uplifting story of the cafeteria workers who won the lottery but not to headlines like this one. three wealthy investment bankers won the lottery. there's news they may have been trying to divert attention from the real winner. >> reporter: three wealthy investment bankers walk into a press conference and announce they've won the lottery. they dutifully hold their $254

baltimore anne arundel and calvert county. could see a one and a half foot high are tide. temperatures around 50. some spots in the 40s like easton and patuxent river. heavy rains on the eastern shore. the wind, also, been coming up. we've got a few gusts to 30 and 39 miles an hour, so windy, wet, kind of an unsettled weather to say the least. the main line of rain will clear from west to east. we could see drizzle and a few flakes in western maryland into early tomorrow. i don't think we'll see sunshine coming on too rapidly. we'll see slow and steady improvements. what we will not see is a change in temperature for the better. things get colter -- colder. we're in the 30s to the west. check out the trend.

more and more children are not getting vaccinations before going to school. the associated press find more parents are skipping some of their children's shots. state lay louse exemptions for medical, religious and sometimes philosophical reasons. the number of reasons were awarded in half of the state. alaska had the highest and mississippi had the lowest. some parents question the effectiveness of the shots, other the safety. by the age of six a child may have had two dozen vaccinations. polio and diphtheria are pretty much wiped out. a group is recommending that women get their first mammograms
