milk. apple juice has arsenic. now a new consumer union report says that apple and grape juice may need more scrutiny. out of 88 brands tested, 80% had levels higher than what is allowed in bottled water. >> where does your food come from? then you have to kind of dig deep, dig deeper and find out where, is it organic, is it, where has the food been produced? >> the health program director says that food is sourced from many different countries about regulations vary from country to country, the use in fertilizer may not be practiced in other countries, reading levels is more important than ever but the healthiness of the product. >> with small children, they have small body sizes.

damages. >> a man behind bars charged with burglarizing a church and a preschool. more on how police were able to catch the thief. >> the suspect may have stolen items from as many as five churches. it was a church at a preschool that led to the undoing. it -- they smashed the tuition box and made off with cash, checks and credit cards when he tried to use one of the cards at the drugstore, detectives recognized him on the surveillance tape. several businesses have been burglarized over the last six weeks. >> urethan -- we're thinking there could have been other victims and we want them to allulose. >> webster faces charges in connection with a burglary at a

church on st. john's lane. with several children's musical instruments were stolen, he is behind bars tonight held on $125,000 bond. after a two-week crime spree, accused bank robber is behind bars tonight. they arrested her this afternoon. officers responding to a bank robbery attempted and swabs passed a note and demanded cash. she didn't get away with any money and ran away. her vehicle was spotted and an offer followed her where she crashed. she got away on foot but was later arrested. she kidnapped and stabbed a woman on thanksgiving day. she's also responsible for

other crimes in virginia. two universities with big- time sports programs now accused of harboring pedophiles. a new accuser has come forward. >> a civil lawsuit has been filed against the assistant football coach. the 29-year-old man says he was molested by jerry sandusky 100 times between '92 and '96. he's not one of the 8 boys jerry sandusky is charged with molesting. his attorney read a statement. >> i have been hurt by this for a long time because of what happened, but feel now even m ore -- >> he said jerry sandusky threatened to hurt him or his

family if he told anyone about the abuse. it was at the charity program. at syracuse university, long- time basketball coach bernie fine is charged with molesting 3 boys. while at least one victim's rights group is calling for some to resign, they say the long-time basketball coach has support. a climbing coach pled guilty to abusing a 13-year-old girl. he pleaded guilty to sexual abuse of a minor. they recommend he gets 15 years in jail with 8 years suspended.

he would be on probation for 5 years, could not have any contact with the victim and could not have unsupervised contact with minors. a man that was being held in aruba, court denied the decision to put him back in jail. they said there was not enough evidence to continue to hold him. he left the island before the ruling. he headed to new york. we're learning more about the teenager accused in the craig's list murder. he and his 52-year-old friend led a man into the woods in ohio and shot him if the head. they're accused of trying to kill another man that got away.

. in tonight's health alert, it's called the sunshine vitamin, vitamin d. we all need some of it and what is it good for? 11,000 patients finds that giving vitamin d with those with low blood levels can cut their risk of dying, cut it in half. those deficient were more likely to have diabetes and heart problems. still the study doesn't prove that a lack of vitamin d causes the problems. today the cholesterol- lowering drug is available in a
