today marked the best week for the stock market. the dow jones industrial average closed over 12,000. the nasdaq 2600 and the s&p 500 1244. economists were predicting no change before the numbers were released. now that we note percent of unemployed americans have dropped, we have or on whether this is a sign that things are turning around. >> reporter: all year people have been standing at job fairs before the sun comes up, looking for anything to make a job
