time sticking as ground temperatures well above freezing now. 50s and 60s earlier today. we will fall through the 40s. rain heavy and the flood watch. more about how this storm exits the area and look to the weekends coming up. >> charges will not be brought against bernie fine, accused of molesting two former ball boys. the da investigating the allegations said he can't bring charges because the statute of limitations has run out. he said he found that the two men who accused fine of abuse credible. fine was fired november the 27th but denies the accusations. and former illinois governor was sentenced today to 14 years prison. he was convicted on 18 counts in his trial was accused of trying to use his power to appoint someone to the president's former senate seat for cash or a job opportunity.

he won't have to start serving the sentence until mid- february. alex baldwin not really known for keeping his cool and his reputation is still intact after he was kicked off a plane yesterday, he boarded a flight in los angeles, heading for new york but before the flight took off american airlines said he wouldn't turn off his phone and then caused a scene. >> very rude, caused us to be delayed. >> he got irate. >> after he was taken off the flight baldwin started tweeting and some response to that american airlines took to facebook today. the company posted a statement saying that since an extremely vocal customer has publicly identified themselves they have elected to provide the real facts. for miss part baldwin said he

neat 1800 block. a police car chase dangerous enough. how some suspected car thieves got in the hot seat before they were arrested. some burglars in indiana decided to take a less than quiet approach to breaking and entering it was caught on tape.

. look at this, police chase that we found ends in flames in oklahoma city. officers were following a car that had been reported stolen when the driver slammed right into a sign and look at that. catch fire. nobody was hurt in this. three people in the car, we have under arrest. two burglars decided to use brute force to get into a gun store opting to crash a stolen car right through the front door and the two men in the suv jumped out but only spent about 30 seconds in the store before findings almost everything was locked in a safe. they got a rifle, gun and silencer worth about $10,000. that camera is really good. that's the best surveillance camera i have seen in a while. that's good. the damage to the store is at $35,000. police are looking for the men. if you have a list of kids left to buy for and they don't give their list to santa never

then just a couple hours later branches start bending there. good skiing. out toward w isp for the next couple days. frost bug the change over took longer, mainly rain a few flakes and then before sunset we get that brief change over. beginning to snow but as we look in central maryland and in baltimore where temperatures well up near 50 degrees, all rain so far and we expect most of the rest of the storm to come down as rain. we will get a few hours of wet snow overnight tonight. more on that in a second. the radar, heavy band of rain in the hagerstown area. you can see a lot of rain still up the i-95 corridor, and points further west across the city right now. a good amount of rain coming down but you saw out there in garret with snow and it's starting to edge into washington county. flood watch up for most of the state. two inches, we may get another

two inches, four inches in a day will create ponding of water. flooding, then facing this between three and -- nine and three in the morning, five to six hour window overnight. we will get a brief shot of wet snow this is hartford, northern baltimore, carroll and howard. points north and west of the city, you know an inch or two of slush and maybe closer to three. keep in mind a lot of that, even the areas will be the grassy areas and the rooftops because the ground is still well above freezing. well above freezing by 20 degrees. winds from the northwest at 13, visibility low. you can seat cold air on the march punching in, already dropping below freezing. hagerstown, the road temperature well above freezing wind from the north at ten to 13 right now. visibility reduce from all the rain mainly and some mist mixing in with that rain.
