light rail train this morning. the accident took place near sellary and also railroad avenues in liewghtderville. this is near the royal farms. it sits near the tracks. there were some delays in service. well, clearly something was wrong when you she police helicopter circling low over towson university. turns out someone decided to rob a bank on campus. >> the man walked into the pnc bank branch and towson and told them he had a weapon and demanded money. within minutes the whole campus knew. they had the warning in place after the virginia tech shooting. they use text message, social media and even old-fashioned pa

alert systems. the robbery at the pnc bank happened and everyone was alerted. >> i mean, when anyone says go somewhere safe, we just stay in the classroom and close the doors. it wouldn't be smart to run out of class, so we stayed in class. that was it. >> the suspect was caught about a half hour after the robbery and caught sitting on bench in the liberal arts building. after a short chase, the manc ws caught and is facing bank robbery charges. no weapon was found. >> sitting right there on the bench. >> recount recount police arrested -- anne arundel police arrested five people they believe areñr responsible for

robbing a pizza delivery man in the 2200 block of con qwest dry. the victim said he was attacked while making a pizza delivery. officers arrested five suspects and we're told they found evidence from the robbery. a fifth suspect has been charged as a juvenile. baltimore city police need your help identifying a man who robbed and stabbed a man last month in charles village. police released this sketch of the suspect who stabbed a man on north charles. he and friend were at a gas station nearby when two men robbed them and stabbed them. if you recognize the man in the sketch, call police. traffic has been a mess all

day, backed up after a truck slam into the 95 overpass in hail thorpe. it happened around 1:30 what he flatbed truck hit the overpass. traffic was down to one lane, and that caused traffic that would be backed up for miles on the outer loop. the truck knocked down part of a highway sign and damaged the bridge. it has all but one lane shut down. officials say the flatbed was improperly load. engineers did assess the damage on the bridge and traffic on 95 was not affected. take a look at the harrisburg expressway.

at, but not rain producers in any way, shape or foamplet the closest precipitation south of the withouter banks, a big high pressure bubble south of our state that continues to hold the showers at bay, not allowing them to ride up the state. we'll stay dry into the day tomorrow. you see that cold air has settled in, including baltimore. we're on the edge, lower eastern shore, 50s through the carolinas. so some of this milder air will edge in by late tomorrow afternoon, could allow us to pop up into the 50s. could hit 60 later this week. don't forget the sunglasses with you also the coat and gloves in the morning. and then cloudy conditions come in wednesday, but you see the precipitation with this next system. it's going to pass safely to our north and west. we'll stay dry until thursday.
