internal investigation. they are glad because of what the officer did because they considered it to be the right thing. >> it sounded like four or six shots. >> police responded here after receiving reports of an armed robbery. a woman reported waking up and seeing a masked armed man and managed to get out of the house to call police. >> it scary. i have three kids. >> police say the suspect was told by the officer repeatedly to drop his semi-automatic handgun. he refused, turned toward the officer, and then fired his gun striking the suspect several times. >> he was taken to bayview with non-life-threatening injuries, or injuries that appeared to be non-life threatening. >> another victim was inside the home at the time. the suspect robbed them of an undisclosed amount of money prior to leaving the house.

info to wikileaks. a digital crimes investigator testified yesterday that he found downloaded diplomatic cables and other sensitive information on a computer he used. under cross-examination, he said some of the cables did not match. he claimed the files were damaged which was why they were never released. bullying is that the center of the case against baltimore city. jurors heard today from the mother who said baltimore city did nothing to protect her son or daughter. as barry simms tells us, shawna sullivan explains. >> was testifying about the bullying and harassment, she said her boy, a special needs students, seemed to like going to school while enrolled at glenmount but complained of being hit and kicked. the complaint became constant. she went to the school several times. the family has filed a $1.30 million lawsuit against the

selection to begin next year. governor o'malley has signed an executive order outlining the first plant for sustainable growth. the o'malley's administration says the purpose of the plan maryland is to work with local government to identify areas for pitcher state investment, growth, and preservation. and has been developed over four years after meetings statewide. the governor noted that the first required preservation was in 1959, but they said the plan should have gone through the general assembly. tonight, johns hopkins has named a new leader for their hospital and medical school. in an announcement a few hours ago, paul rothman will oversee all hospitals, surgery centers, and other facilities. he is currently dean of the carver college university of medicine in iowa. the column a visionary leader and he understands the

most of the activity in the eastern shore. most of this looks like sprinkles and you have plans, you can get by without your umbrella. here are the eyes and clouds moving in our direction and some big storms out in the plains states in parts of texas, okla., and kansas. a pretty good snow storm is brewing in the higher elevations of new mexico, southern colorado. near blizzard conditions with a couple of inches in denver. it will take its time getting over here. probably not until wednesday into the chance of rain really goes up here in baltimore. i do not think we will wind up with any snow out of it. most excited tonight, a couple of sprinkles possible commit temperatures dropping back into the 30's. the sunset at 4:46 p.m. different will come through in the morning and it will be the

dividing line between a mild air mass and a chillier air mass in the great lakes and we will be on the dividing line. we will see a chance for a pure rain showers and it may even be called enough for some sleet. this will not be a steady rain. that will be on wednesday with the main part of the storm that will travel along this front. tomorrow, mostly cloudy skies with a 40% chance. it may have a little sleep in some areas, the high temperature between 44-49. each night, we will look at the national travel weather for the holiday. if you will have any troubles, it will be in the mississippi valley because it will bring in some rain and snow. rain-stomachs in chicago. florida looks good, sunshine in tampa. some snow in denver, but should
