city. the case went to the jurors earlier this evening. the judge has now thrown out most of the allegations. >> with the attorney walking in the center, they leap court during a break. they claim their two children, one with special needs, based bullying -- faced bullying between 2008-2010. they say the complain to school administrators but nothing was done to stop the bullying and harassment. charlotte williams faces claims of negligence and gross negligence, but the judge dismissed nine other counts, including failure to maintain us they school and are becoming negligence by the school board, negligence and retention and supervision. the judge found no evidence supporting those claims. under the presence of the jury,

been litigated extensively throughout the country. we had a lot of accounts included -- counts included that we were aware might be dismissed. >> reporting from downtown baltimore, barry sims, wbal-tv 11 news. >> tonight a father is facing charges after police say he left his two-year-old child alone at home for at least four days. he is accused of reckless endangerment and child neglect. investigators say the child mother had been in hospital since friday and unable to reh him. she called the police who made the disturbing discovery when they arrived at a home in capitol heights. >> when officers arrived on the scene, they found the child located in the bedroom that was in disarray. the child was only wearing a

sweater and diaper. the diaper appeared to be heavily soiled, which had been on her for quite some time. she was visibly very hungry, malnourished, and was very dehydrated. >> the mother is out of the hospital and has since been reunited with her daughter. investigators say the gunman walked into the shop at the 2200 block of hartford road and demanded money and shot the owner. we're joined live in northeast baltimore with the latest. >> police have pictures of twos -- two possible suspects who may have been involved in the shooting a week ago today. the pictures of the men were taken at the liquor store. police say the pictures were taken just minutes before the shooting. according to witnesses, two men

face a slew of charges after a rash of burglaries. they broke into least 30 cars and trucks and a former county, stealing everything from cash to iphones and other electronic devices. both are part of the occupied baltimore movement. they are facing several charges. to go now to the latest in a search for the suspect of a deadly -- of a 19-year-old. the lead investigative reporter is live in the newsroom with details on that. >> named the suspects in this case. a source familiar with the case described it a case of bad blood. -- no named the suspect in the case. rockne was at the mall talkiodnl shopping for his grandmother.

by the county executive. this is not a new fight over funds, but one which now involves the state. >> it seems the two sides rarely see eye to eye over how much it takes to run the school system. it appears that is not about to change with the latest dispute over money. the board of education is it to do even more belt-tightening as it prepares next year's budget. a budget that could hit a snag. in a letter to the county executive, the state board of education has questions about how much money the school system received last year and how much it believes it deserves. >> the school system received $12 million. >> school systems received money from the state based on how any students are on the rolls. that is not always the case when it comes to money from that county. >> the county has not kept up

with the number of students we had. they have decreased the amount of money. take of the county executive says the school systems are in getting its fair share of money, even when it does not appear to settle -- show up in the budget. >> what you're saying is really the money if there? >> in other words, that is being to help public education. that is part of the financing effort required -- we are required to do. >> it could be very devastating if we start losing programs and teachers especially. right now class sizes have been growing all over the county. parents are upset about that. >> school officials say because it is coming up short, it may be forced to give back $4,000 for the state, not to mention the 12

northwest. there is a line of storms coming out of western pennsylvania coming in to garrett county right now. i think most of us will miss this. the tail end may sweep across the northern suburbs later on this evening. we will keep the chance for rain in the forecast for three or four hours. after 10:00 the skies will begin to clear. you can see that happening beyond the clouds. by the time you wake up tomorrow morning, i think we will see sunshine and will be a nice start to the first day of winter tomorrow. still 61 at the airport. this time of year the average high temperature is 44. 62 downtown. even in the northern and western suburbs the temperatures are way above average for this time of the year. the rain will be coming to an end by 10:00. the skies will clear, and for those of you keeping score at home, the winter solstice takes place overnight. that is why tomorrow is the
