39-year-old mike plumadore. he had been babysitting. police say he beat her to death with a brick, put her body in a freezer and dismembered her with a hacksaw, hiding some parts in a trailer. >> this is the individual she had been living with over of the past week. >> reporter: the fib joined the -- fbi joined the search. the mobile home is home to 15 registered sex offender, but mike plumadore was not on the list. >> this is not conclusion we hoped for. >> reporter: he is being held without bail. >> closer to home now, take a look at this picture.

baltimore county police say this is a quilt stolen from the museum last monday. officers found the glass pane had been broken. the quilt was hanging from the ceiling. it is bordered with gold colored feathers and has images of chains, and two hands on one side. the other sides a maryland and 1860 law. if you've seen this, this is going to stick out. so call baltimore county police for this quilt. get it back. the home price continues to drop. october the home price dropped 1.2% compared to december. there were declines all with the exception of phoenix.

home builders have seen increases and mort rates are -- mortgage rates are at record low. 120 sear's and kmarts will be shut down. we still don't know the location but if you go on their website, they said that will soon be popping up. the wealth gap is getting bigger. researchers studied financial records and found the median net worth of a member of the house more than doubled from $280,000 to $725,000. how does that happen. the median wealth of an american family over the same period dropped slightly from $20,600 to $20,500. let's all run for congress. abc2 news is helping a local family in need.

here. steady winds, 30 in easton. 22 in dover. 17 in patuxent river, gifting higher on the eastern shore. quite the contrast on the eastern shore compared to the western shore and points west of the city where it's breezy. we're dealing with more fog. we have the wind on the shore, not as much fog. and west of baltimore visibility down to a mile. there's the overall weather system steady clearing out to the east, some snow wrapping around the back side. that's poised to move north of us. western maryland could see a few snow showers. windy, colder weather is what's on the move. that will continue to be what we watch move in our direction. winds could gust 25, 30. temperatures will be dropping. there is mild hair offshore and -- air offshore. this could bring our temperatures up but windy and colder will be hourxd general theme as we go forward in time. future trend showing basically a

there's new concern about another swine flu. since august at least 12 people have been diagnosed with the flu. this time it's been titled h3n2. 11 diagnosed have been children. it'st( a global pandemic in 200. they said this flu shot is good against the new strain. club by children can grow up to have healthy hearts as long as they lose the baby fat.
