walked into another hospital. miss believe the three are connected. they are looking for the man in this surveillance video. take a look now. if you recognize this man, police ask you to call homicide detectives right now at (410)396-2100. baltimore county police officer is at shock trauma after his vehicle was hit by a tractor- trailer on the about it wail. baltimore county police he was driving on the inner loop of the beltway providence road when a tracker trailer crashed into him sends his cars across the lanes of traffic. two people in the tractor- trailer were not injured but two women inside a black jeep they were taken to the hospital but not critically injured. last check the officer was listed in stable condition. the cause of the crash is still under investigation. just after 7:30 this morning firefighters got a call for a house fire here in the 800 block of west lombard. the home was differeded to what fire investigators believe are

3 apartments but one had people living there. they were not inside when firefighters got this. >> when we got here smoke was coming out of the first floor front. the firefighters went inside and found a fire in the first floor front that they extinguished and while they were searching for occupants they found a second fire and then a third fire in separate rooms. and at that point we knew it was suspicious. >> so all three fires were put out and fire investigators got to work trying to figure out if the fires were set on purpose no injuries were reported. the cause of course is under investigation. police in westminster need your help to find five young men who think believe attacked another man who was walking through a park on christmas over. the man told officers he was walking in bell grove square at around 6:45 when he was knocked to the ground and held down by five young men. police are also asking anyone who has information about this attack to call (410)848-3918.

a 500-dollar reward is being offered. a pasadena man is recovering after he said he was attacked and pepper sprayed at a brooklyn park bus stop last night. he told police he was waiting for a bus richie highway ham months lane when three men approached him and asked him if he had drugs he told them no and they assaulted him of pepper sprayed him and took his clothe, cell phone and money. and they even took his shoes before leaving. officers searched the area but they didn't find anyone matching the men's descriptions. new report from the pentagon is casting a negative line-item veto on our country's three major military schools. according to the defense department annual report the number of sexual assaults in schools is up. there were 675 reports of sexual assaults at all three schools including the naval academy. in the previous year there were only 41. in a statement the usna says the naval academy is in overall compliance regarding prevention

app. you can download it on your iphone or your ipad. you know at one time frederick had more restaurants per capita than any other city in america. now it's the number of bikes and skateboards. abc2 news roosevelt l is back from frederick with this story. >> reporter: frederick has one of the top five skate parks on the east coast. that said the city doesn't like it when the boards come out of the park on the city street. there are steep fines for kids to pay and for many they are hoping the city will stop sending kids to court and think about other options. skate boarders are known for their daring, the jumps, the spins, pop into an alley to grind down a rail and yes the families. but there are some there that most skaters won't take riding down market street anywhere downtown or outside of the skate park. >> downtown frederick they give you a 200-dollar fine. you can still skate down there

weather pattern but one that's not bringing in any real new storm features. we do still continue to deal with the blustery conditions. here's the source of that. why so windy today? well, our rainmaker offshore in new england, area of low pressure. high pressure settled down over the southeast basically trying to blow itself into that low pressure. so that pressure gradient and those high winds funneling between the two areas because you've got clockwise winds around the high. counter clockwise around the low end up with double barreled northwesterly winds flow. that's why things are so chilly out there today. future trend showing basically some enhance had clouds cover through the day tomorrow. there will be a few more lake affect snow showers well to our north. into friday another disturbance passing to our north. could it clip us with a previous shower? it's possible but rights now just look for some extra clouds on friday. the better chance for a shower holding off until after the weekend and in the new year. 25 less windy tonight temps
