first look at the roads this morning we are off to a bessy start for those of you -- busy start for those traveling in the odenton area. on the scene of a collision on telegraph and route 175. in the meantime, everywhere else looking pretty good. flowing lightly on u.s. 29 at maryland 108. moving very good for. you also here's live look at baltimore beltway on the top side of 695 at harford road along inner loop and outer loop without delays. charley, good morning. good morning. and latest in the case of two doctors charged with murder for performing botched aborptions. it -- abortions. it dates back to 2010. linda so is standing by with more on the investigation. >> reporter: we got our hands on the charging documents outlining how they performed aborings on women as far as 35 weeks along in their pregnancy. dr. stephen bringham and nicolea riley are charged with murder because of what police

are calling botched abortions. george shep hard has been implicate and his license has been suspended acording to the documents, the late term abortions were performed in elkton cecil county called american women service on east high street. when police search the place last august they found a chest in the freezer containing 35 late term fetuses. they found logs of other late term abortions involving babies 20 weeks, 28, 33 and 35 weeks along. dr. bringham has never been licensed to practice medicine in maryland but ran the facilities called american women services and had offices in baltimore frederick and college park and elkton. charging documents outlines how they performed a botched aborption and drove her to the hospital. show was so badly injured she had to be taken to hopkins to undergo emergency surgery. we are following a story

about a 4th grader accused of creating a kill list targeting students in the deal elementary school which is about half an hour south of annapolis. we have more on this developing story. >> reporter: well, many parents say they received a startlinfro administrators at deal elementary school saying the children's names were on a so- called kill list. now, the female 4th grader erased the titled and changed it to people who are mean to me. officials say the list contained 35 classmates at the school and names such is as justin bieber. only the parents on the list were notified but some apparent say it was not enough and school -- some parents say it was not enough and school officials should have alerted everyone. some think the child should be removed from school and others are offering support. >> this child told my boy she

had a killing list and that they were on it. >> the first instinct is to attack and i don't think that is the right thing to do. >> reporter: now the school has since suspended the student. there's no word on if further action will be taken. abc2 news. >> and this morning, 1978 was the last time baltimore snipped a murder rate below 200. er. >> 2011 they have a good chance of marking the 33 row. the commissioner spent a couple hours with brian kuebler and bolt hoar is -- baltimore is at 196 and if it holds through the weekend it will be the first time in a generation they haveseen a number this low. >> the fact that we are making a difference is an enormous amount of pride to us. but, are we satisfied with that? and if i said yes, the mayor should yank me out of the door.

slice through the state. three semitrailers flipped on their side because of powerful wind. 70-mile-an-hour winds were the cause for three trees to fall. a train storm spotter clocked a gust at 98 miles per hour on wednesday and 102 one of the numbers reached on thursday. now that is something getting into dangerous numbers when you talk about 102 that's tored in a ic. >> but that's why there -- tore natick. >> that's why there's no -- tornadic. >> that's why there's no trees out there. golden, colorado had a ton of snow and there was not much on the ground. how quickly it goes away. how much did we get yesterday? most of you saw flakes snowflakes and not necessarily all of them stuck. we did have stickage back to the west. reports from manchester, and westminster got them in york up to a quarter inch and a light coating on the grass. clouds making a return back in the morning. they may have to adjust to the setting on the extended graphic but you noticed showers on back

now "good morning maryland" at 4:30. 16 people are treated after a massive tanker crash killed 13 in vention veila. eye -- venezuela. it crashed and caused several other cars to catch fire.

driver apparently lost control. in chile a fire is racing through a national park and burned 1500 acres. fire crews says the harsh terrain and strong winds has prevented them from getting thefire under control. a tourist was camping and believed to have started the fire. witnesss in syria say a neighborhood may be beyond government control after fighting left a number of people dead. they have engaged in a shootout with snipers in the sirian military smuggling fighters in and out of the neighborhood they control getting past government checkpoints. and it look like there's a new island in the red sea after an underwater eruption left lava cooling when it broke through the water's surface. nasa capture the image last week which shows a new mass with a plume. that is forming along the island between yemen and itera. part of the red sea has seen volcanic activity with as many as 10 eruptions in the past five years.
