break-in. we have seen a number of officers patrolling the area. people who live in the patterson park area are on the lookout after they say they had a dozen break-ins since just before christmas. one block of lakewood has been hit with four burglaries and police say 16 cases have been reported in the past 248 2/8 days on lucerne clinton and east baltimore streets. people are aware right now and they say they are keeping an eye out for suspicious activity. and folks are work very closely with the police. >> kids that have been knocking on doors and to see if someone is home and sitting out front and watching. we have pass aid long that information quite a few of the burglars here. as you can see neighbors are coming together trying to figure out who is responsible a catch the people. but a lot of folks say they thought crime was down in the area. and officers say although there has been a number of bug laries

they are not sure if all are connected. reporting live, sherrie johnson, abc2 news. the governor is donating $7,000 in campaign contributions to help a group fighting hunger. the donor will contribute money to the governor's campaign pleaded guilty to failing to pay employment taxes. the donor plead guilty for failing to provide $4 million in employment tax. governor o'malley said he didn't know stewart was facing legal problems until it became public and he pleaded guilty. an app to help people spill secrets has been shut down. the founder says because of bully. it's a blog that's been around since 2004 and got so popularity owner frank warren decided to create an app for people to share eke rites and it lawned -- launched a few months ago but police began to harass. it was too hard to monitor all of them so the app was shut

theirthermometer 11.1 dose gee -- degrees. 16 in arnold. and 10 in durwood. tiffany. listen, we have wind chills down single digits in many spots it's a cold warning and it's okay to complain and we have cloud returning. and gettysburg to north and red lion and loganville could get cloud earlier this morning. that is the next disstoush -- disturbance a spin in the atmosphere that the one that produced our snow best will try to pass to the south around this time tomorrow morning. we could look at the possibility of getting a little bit more of the flurries or snow burst more likely overnight and into daybreak tomorrow. check out the wind flow out of the northwest this morning. but a southerly push this afternoon and it's not going to help much because we will be near or below freezing and we are looking for the push of colder air with that smoothing
