david thomas. the alleged attacker can be seen shirtless. you saw him take a punch at david. >> she's trying to get away. >> trying to break off the side-view mirror. grabs a brick and threw it shattering the windshield making tamyra lose control and smash into mohammed, an employee of the convenience store, who was out there trying to figure out what was going on. according to reports, when he saw the two cousins walking to the store, he immediately became confrontational and started asking them, what are you doing in my neighborhood and in my store. it and to be a dispute over turf. >> the guy that got hit had nothing to do with this fight at all. >> that is exactly correct. now, this happened one month ago. tuesday he was arrested and charged with attempted felony murder because the injuries that mohammed sustained from this accident could have taken his

with cars, pedestrians, people on scooters. this is really dangerous. >> where the heck does he think he's going? thought he was going to jump over, miraculously land on four wheels and speed away from the cops. >> the smoke is coming out of his car and he'still trying to drive that thing around. show you i've never heard of. i'm really excited to show you. we saw this video on care 11 in minnesota. called the red bull crashed ice championships 2012. it's the first time it's happened here in the u.s. it is going on in st. paul, minnesota, on the steps of the cathedral of st. paul. basically what it is, a bunch of these racers get geared up in hockey equipment, hockey skates, hockey pad, and go down this giant track, hair pin turns, jumps. you can imagine they are walking away with a few bumps and bruises. these guys are going downhill up to 40 miles per hour. no chance of landing it. >> he was like in a split in midair. >> red bull calls it downhill ice. people up for an extreme
