rain in the yellows and also the dark greens have the rain gear as you head out. now over to angela with the traffic. how are the roads. >> reporter: slick out there this morning. getting reports of even icy spots especially in the westminster region and we are dealing with quite a few incidents this morning. we continue to follow the accident in davidsonville where police are blocking your westbound lanes of 50 at 424. you are getting by very slowly using 1 eastbound lane. planning to take the drive on u.s. 29, traffic is flowing at a normal pace. southbound heavier as usual making the drive through the columbia region. another live look of i-95 northbound at maryland 32. so far this morning traveling towards the capital beltway on 95 a good route and conditions moving well for the southbound travelers towards the capital beltway. over to you charley. a search going on overnight for survivors from the wrecked cruise ship in italy. abc2 news linda so is here with

more information and you know, my wife and i watched this throughout the weekend and you could never take your eyes off the cruise ship tipped over off the coast. >> reporter: that's where it is standing this morning. we've heard that rescuers have found another body. that brings the death toll to seven and 29 people are still missing. let's look live of that ship as you mentioned. it's still on its side and there are fears that this could turn into an environmental disaster with fuel from the ship that could possibly leak into the ocean soon. we have learned divers have located the second black box from the cruise ship and in few hours the captain of the ship will appear in court. he is accused of bringing the ship too close to store causing it to hate reef e faces possible charges -- he faces possible charges of manslaughter and abandoning ship. we are hearing more from survivors who was told the ship was experiencing an electrical problem. after they realized it was much more serious, things turned chaotic. pass injuries say the crew didn't know how to help people put on life vests and operate

lifeboats. a newlywed couple from pennsylvania says no crew members could be found and passengers actually formed a human chain to lower one another into lifeboats. be a this -- and this morning the search continues for the 29 people missing and including a retired couple from minnesota. linda so, abc2 news. in news around the nation, we have more going on in maine where a toddler who vanished before christmas says she is arranging for investigators for the mother and other family members to be tested through polygraph regarding the disappearance. the 1-year-old was reported missing december 17th by her father. he told police that she was not in the bed when he woke up in his home and took a polygraph test after the child disappeared. results have not been released. and two firefighters are injured after a large explosion leveled a town home in new york city. look at construction crew that
