on the top side bel air to providence 6 minutes and outer loop is where you have the delay 9 minutes from 795 to 70. charley. it's 6:31. out of union city new jersey firefighters on the scene of an 8 alarm fire that fire swept through five buildings and firefighters had a tough time getting to it because of the cold temperatures. the fire started around 9 last night in and crews remain on the scene. 10 firefighters have been injured due to smoke inhalation and slips and falls. 40 people are now homeless this morning after the 8 and i harm fire. we will have much more on this story as it continues to develop on this thursday morning. just about 3 hours, we will know for sure weather mitt romney did beat rick santorum by 8 votes in the iowa caucuses. the republican party of iowa will release the certified vote totals of the january 3rd caucuses at 9:15 this morning. and the slim margin has been called into question by reports of errors in counting within

on west side of 695 slow from 795 to the southwest side which is past wilkins avenue. and continuing past 95 to 295. breaking news where firefighters are on the scene of an 8-alarm fire which is not too far from new york. the fire swept through five buildings and the firefighter had a difficult time fighting it because of the cold temperatures. the fire started around 9 last night and crews remain on the scene. 10 firefighters have been injured and mainly because of icing and smoke inhalation and trips and falls. 40 people are now homeless this morning. we will have much more on this throughout the course of the morning. and quickly before we get to linda so, developing news out of des moines, iowa, we are learning that rick santorum may have won the iowa caucus. this according to cnn and cnn.com. the des moines register says rick santorum may have won by more than 30 votes in the iowa caucuses and an official

announcement is scheduled for 9:15. we will hear more about the virginia teen found dead in baltimore three years ago. linda so is standing by with what's happening and what's expected later today. lenda. >> reporter: the parents of the anne mccann will have a press conference at one at the national press club in dc. they say there's new investigative lead. their daughter was found dead behind a dumpster in november of 2008 and she was 16 and had run away from home in fairfax connie, virginia. an autopsy revealed she died from poison aing and police ruled the death a suicide but her parents never accepted that. police found her car a few blocks away and caught up with the people who stole it. then a new twist just a couple months ago. one of the suspects who stole anne's car confessed to killing another woman and stealing her car. now anne's parents mary jane and dan had promising meeting with the new head of the city homicide department and say they have gotten new insight from the state's attorney's office and they will talk about that at the press conference
