a suspect shooter, jared loughner is awaiting thinks trial. a middle school was disciplined because he was not allowed to go to the bathroom and he peed in a bottle. the boy's 7th grade teacher refused to let the child go to the best room. he went to an empty bottle and went to the bathroom. he put the bottle in his pants and it fell out and that's when the teacher realize what had he had done. taking a look at education in maryland's public schools. a new report released gives maryland schools, a d plus. this comes from the national council on teacher equality working to ensure that every child as an effective teacher it gives low marks to maryland from everything from well prepared teacher and retaining

cruise ship captian that have wrecks cruise ship is speaking out. her husband is speaking out and said that, quote, he's not a monster. the ship ran aground and capsized off a tuscan island in january 16 people so star been confirmed dead. -- so far have been confirmed dead. a family of a college student are trying to find out what happened when he disappeared from a checkpoint in syria. he was detained at the airport with his younger brother.

"good morning maryland." we're dealing with some dry times. no type of fog this morning that is good news. and it's not that cold out this morning. it's seasonable. some ears not even dealing with that but right now maryland's most powerful radar is dry and it will stay that way through the day. we'll get more clouds in here. but we'll remain dry. so here are the temperature takes want to show this morning n aberdeen, 36, and glen burnie 37 and bel air 37. and once again, just to give you a perspective, we should be at 24 degrees for the low temperatures. not so bad. as we look at our hour-by-hour forecast, we will be seasonable, a little bit above average coming in around 46 degrees. i don't think we'll get as warm as yesterday. we came in close to 60 if we got more sunshine in here, then the twoches go up and i -- the temperatures would go up. and i agree with that today. the 46 will be more in
