the teen said she had no shorts on and was exposed in public. >> really embarrassed, and upset. she kept asking why? >> reporter: the principal has been suspended but says the allegations out of porportion. and a student was suspended from a oklahoma high school after snapping a picture with his cell phone of his sue suit teacher sleeping during class. it's not sitting right with many of the students. parents. >> i agree with that policy. but, maybe that was the only way to prove that the teacher was sleeping. >> the teacher was sleeping then maybe the school system needs to investigate that. >> school officials say the policy is that a student can't use a cell phone during the school day but for the teacher they say that type of behavior will not be tolerate from the staff. when is the last time

. new video, we have tense moments, the australian prime minister had to be rushed out of a restaurant by riot police. she was there for a ceremony but a crowd of protesters surround the place. the guards were able to get her out and into a car just in time. the video out of florida, seven students have been charged after a school bus beating caught on camera. several people are shown hitting a girl in the center of the bus. the girl's mom said her daughter was knocked unconscious. the attorney said the seven charged range from 12 to 15. officials doing a separate investigation on this. they don't know why they were there authorities in minnesota want to cars that fell from the ice out of this frozen lake. they have cautioning people not to go out on the lake on foot

breezy overnight as that warm air pushes up and out of virginia and the carolina's, temperatures now in the 60s. we will push up near 60 toward midmorning tomorrow before temperatures start to go the wait a minute the main system on the east coast view. the heavy rains starting to push in as we push toward early morning tomorrow. showers ahead of the warm front. the cold front and the back side of this storm is what will bring in the more significant weather, toward early in the morning. we can give you a sense of that timing on the trend and the bottom line is here is 8:00. the real wet drive with downpours and maybe brief thunder or lighting. we will be clear by tomorrow evening and clear in to the day on saturday so, definitely a period of changing weather here over the next 24 to 48 hours, 57 over night. we climb overnight temperatures increase toward daybreak. then we will go with a midmorning high close to 60 with early downpours and windy with the the temperatures dropping late in the afternoon.
