>> burger king. >> saying it back words. >> mcdonald's. >> saying it backwards. >> but is it real or fake? her friends put her to the test. flames shoot out of a delivery truck. but no worries, firefighters are pulling up. oh, wait. oh, no. oh, no. and the new ad that has jealous men everywhere mocking a smokin'-hot soccer star. >> david beckham, in my underwear. gayle is going to kick things off today with a rescue story. >> that's right. firefighters in massachusetts rescued a deer caught in a well. check out this video. >> whoa. >> oh! >> it almost went back in the well. >> they think it may have been down there for two days, and according to massachusetts law, they couldn't tranquilize the

deer. so fire captain shanna karia put some ropes around the deer and hauled it out of there. >> that guy is putting his whole body weight on the deer to tie him. >> yeah, because they're trying to get the rope off the deer. we have the photographer, tim caldwell, via skype from province town, massachusetts. what a weird law they couldn't tranquilize this deer to calm it down. >> the tranquilizer agent stays in the animal for a time, even after it starts to recover. and if somebody happened to poach later on and eat it, they would be affect tranquili tranquilizer. >> this is an open 12-foot well in the middle of nowhere? >> yeah, where is the cap for it? >> well, it was covered over, but whatever was on top that when the deer ran over it, it fell through. >> so here we go. they've got the rope off the deer and almost time to let it

go. and then boom. >> i got a little bit of a start when he bolted from me. >> how did they figure out this deer had fallen into the well? >> apparently somebody was walking with their dog and the dog kept running to the well so the person with the dog went over and checked it out. >> from what you could tell, the deer didn't look injured? >> there was a small cut in the leg but as you say, it got a pretty good clip and went over the hill quite easily. so seemed to be fine to me. >> good girl! ♪ it's been nearly a year since the mega earthquake and tsunami devastated the coast of japan. believe it or not, videos are still surfacing that we haven't seen before. it looks like this is right after the earthquake. people came out to the middle of the field to get away from any tall buildings and any earthquake damage. and the camera pans over, and you see the water level going down in the harbor. >> oh. >> oh, boy.

>> and they always say, if you're going to get hit with a tsunami, one of the first warning signs is the drawback of the water. look at how dramatic it is. all these boats on the ground. and what i thought was really interesting about this video that we see on live leak is the videographer sounds sort of ncne t bgiin wen he see out. then the tsunami sirens go off. [ sirens ] then you see where the break waters are. water started to rush back into the harbor. in my mind, it seemed relatively slow. it fills back the harbor. >> this is spooky, because having seen so many videos of this tsunami, we almost know what's coming next. >> the harbor fills up, the boats come back up and start floating and then the water just does not stop. you see this retaining wall around this whole harbor? fills up like a bathtub.

all the debris, the boats. and look at the water just filling up over the next two or so minutes. and then here's where it really starts to get bad. it starts to spill over that retaining wall. that's a road right below it. >> oh. you get this mental image of a tsunami, and you think of this giant wave coming in. and what this really looks more like is a really -- like a rushing river. it looks like a current through, you know, a canyon. >> it looks like flooding. it doesn't look like a tidal wave hit or a tsunami. it looks like flooding that has overrun the banks. >> it's haunting. three cameras catch people doing all kinds of crazy things. i have to say, this act is pretty brazen. we got this footage from wgme in portland, maine. this took place at a clipper mart store in maine. watch the gentleman in the gray hoodie. according to reports, the cashier was in the cooler at the

time. the guy in the gray hoodie comes in, kind of walks armed the store, looking at the counter. >> casing the joint kind of. >> then a few minutes later, according to reports, this is the same guy. although to me, it looks like they're dressed differently. and if you notice one very key part of this man's disguise, he has a shopping bag on his head. now watch what this man wearing the shopping bag on his head does. he takes the entire -- >> oh, my gosh. >> cash register. >> and drops it. >> and he gets away with it. i thought it would be plugged into a million different things. >> on the door -- fell on the way out. >> the same amount of his head and face is covered with the hoodie as it is with the shopping bag. like, the shopping bag did nothing. other than made it look like a complete idiot. >> so as he still is at large -- is he still at large? >> yes, he is, nick. that's why police released the surveillance video.

looking for tips and clues and ask people to call the police. fortunately for us, it seems like any time there is a fire, people are quick to bust out their cameras. like in this instance in nedland, a western suburb of perth, australia. this cab is on fire. it's a pink truck, a hygiene services company, they clean and maintain bathrooms, wash rooms. >> wow. >> happened january 29th. these people are filming from it seems like a window or something. >> that was pretty quick. [ sirens ] >> is there a petro tank in that -- >> i would stand back from the window. >> according to the guy he says, oh, that was pretty quick. firefighters show up right away. >> oh, no, oh, no. >> oh, no! oh, no, oh, no! >> yes, it starts rolling backward into traffic, over both

lanes of traffic and keeps going backwards. what i think is crazy, these two firefighters start running after it, like what are they going to do running after it? >> with the hose -- just move the truck now. like running after it is going to do nothing. i guess they were trying to stop traffic, keeping people away from this thing. but thank god it curved a little bit. it could have gone right into the building and started the building on fire. >> and it did not hit a single car. it was like it was looking to cross the road at the right time. >> barely missed that silver four-door truck. >> i think the guy in the video, people shooting this, they reacted the exact same way we did. >> maybe they didn't, actually. >> well, that was -- did we react like that? >> oh, look at that. >> look at that, it's rolling. a woman walking in the snow and surrounded by a pack of dogs. who will help? and then the janitor comes with a snow shovel. see what happens next. the dogs versus the janitor.

have british accents that even this argument sounds polite? >> 38-year-old rob stiles was the guy riding the bike with the helmet cam. this just got out of court. the driver was ordered to pay about $40 to the bicyclist. not a very hefty fine but sends a message for sure. >> but for what? they just got in an argument. what did the guy do wrong? >> the guy pleaded guilty to a public order offense. stopped in the middle of traffic. the guy paid a $40 compensation and also $165 in court costs. >> he was charged with disorderly conduct, basically, saying a curse word to another person. >> threatening the guy to a fight. >> yeah. >> no, i don't want to fight you. >> and the same thing is -- you don't even see his whole face. was the cyclist that tall? maybe it was on his helmet or something. it was like -- it just seems like a puppet show or something. like, where is the rest of his face. >> the guy is looking up at him. afternoon we'll feet.

usually peoplewi call for supuperman in this situation in thi instance, janitor who came to the rescue. you see this woman out there? she is walking through the snow, and these dogs run up, and they start grabbing at her bag. [ barking ] and then the janitor comes with a snow shovel. and look at him. he's chasing the dogs away. >> where did all these dogs come from? that was a pack of dogs. >> that was a pack of dogs. >> there was a lot of them. there was like 20 of them. >> yeah. i don't know if they're wild dogs or what. but he scared the heck out of those dogs. all it took is one janitor, one snow shovel, and he's a hero. >> it's sad when he actually makes contact with the shovel and the dogs. that hurts my heart. >> they were biting at that

woman! in this instance, i'm going to side with the human. >> maybe she had bacon in her bag and they weren't going after her, they just wanted the bacon. >> right. she had a blt wrapped for lunch. >> they were not attacking her. >> so she had a blt -- >> do not carry bacon around this pack of wild dogs. >> exactly. they teach you that in kindergarten. don't carry bacon around a pack of wild dogs in your purse. unless there is a man with a snow shovel nearby to save your life. duh. >> yeah. and then it's your fault they got hit with the snow shovel. >> yeah. now you've got a dead dog on your conscience. >> right. or a bleeding one. >> right. an injured dog and it's your fault. i'm not walking upside down.

>> so about how music and dancing has moved people from thugs to thespians. >> we can find out because we have the producer, anna sore ronno and the actor via skype to answer all of our questions. tell us exactly how this web series is going to work. >> the intention is always to do this as a stage play on broadway. as a way into this broadway play, we thought what we would do was make a web series to build up our audiences. so we're going to have 12 episodes. and we will be releasing them every two weeks, starting march 15th. >> what's your character? >> i play hook-ups. basically hook everybody up. >> where does the manny dance style come into this? >> just like michael jackson. michael jackson's made the filipinos want to dance. >> are you hoping this web series carries this project to broadway? >> we have some stuff lined up in terms of a theater launch.
