all the way up to 695 no reported troubles there. keep in mind you can avoid the possible road conditions by taking mta this morning. that's a good idea. the rails and buses are without delay this morning. megan, over to you. >> news time 5:31. an annapolis man accused in a hazing scheme is due in court today. we have been following story for months, and linda so is -- following the story for months and linda so is here whenw what's happening. >> reporter: we learned at 8:45 tommy clack will go on trial in glen bernie. he is tried on three criminal cases. clack was a no show in court yesterday at a hearing brought by the attorney general's office. the agency claims clack was operating a paving business without a license for 284 days in maryland. he is accused of offering no estimates or low balling customers and then overcharging them. the state says at least 16 people were hit in the scheme some charged as much as 20 to $30,000.

>> very loudly i said this cannot be. well it's the first time mr. clack stopped talking. >> reporter: if clack doesn't show up in court today, the case will move on without him. and an administrative hearing judge will hear the case and issue a decision in the future. trial is set to begin at 8:45 this morning. linda so, abc2 news. the man who plead guilty to -- pleaded guilty to killing a cat and beating another is in jail. ethan was sentenced to 36 months with all but three months suspend. the judge called him arrogant and says he doesn't care about anyone but himself. court papers show he is suspected of killing 5 other animals. and later today, lawmakers will look closer at ways to better protect you and your family when it comes to identity theft. hearing comes on the heels of an abc2 news investigation into mistakes. head of social security administration is called to the hearing to address better ways to protect people from being presumed dead.

now "good morning maryland." so welcome back. warm temperatures in the 60sfor the second consecutive day and temperatures could mean bad news for the flowers in your garden and those of you who have allergic reactions to things like pollen and mold and things like that. some flowers are coming to life earlier than usual, a month earlier to be exact and if temperatures stay warm for a week, will see it bloom and that could be bad for flower lovers. >> you will start to see the buds com and it's going to get -- come up and it's going to get cold. so you may have less flowers this spring than normally. >> temperatures could mean an early start to allergy season that means prolonged agony for those who suffer from allergies of the polens and molds. it's beautiful but there is

there's new information about the proposed move of a entire grade level of students right out of a brand new school ed by -- brand new school building. sherrie johnson will explain as baltimore county school official review all their options. what's going on. >> reporter: right now, parents are so upset about this proposed change. school officialed brought in another public meeting that's scheduled for next week to talk about the plan. we are in front of the ridgeruxton school building. it's about 30 feet or so away from the other school west towson elementary. and this fall, baltimore county school officials want the move the fourth grade class from west towson into the ridge

ruxton school building. west towson opened in the fall of 2010. it's overcrowded. and parents from ridge ruxton a school for children with special needs are concerned about the impact on that school. school official say a larger multistoreied building would not have been possible. >> our littlest and youngest student need to evacuate in an emergency and having a multistory structure presents a challenge sometimes. >> reporter: so again, there will be be a immediate -- meeting scheduled for next week to talk about the proposed changes. and also we are told by school officials there's another proposed school to be built in the timonium area to alleviate overcrowding. but there's no timeline when it would be built. reporting live in towson, sherrie johnson, abc2 news. >> and in other news the house passed a bill to freeze the wages of federal workers for a third year. it would also not allow members of congress to give themselves a raise. keep that in mind because they

always seem to get a raise. now the measure would save taxpayers around 26 billion dollars. democrats objected to the freeze and they argued federal workers have done their part to reduce the budget deficits and in the 2013 proposal the president is expected to propose a 5% hike in federal wages. and baltimore based company could be getting a lot of money. they have a huge stake in facebook. facebook filed papeers were the goal of raising 5 billion dollars in public stock sale that could come as soon as may. t rowe price has investment. this sunday will be the 46th time don has been to the superbowl. he's the founding member of i never missed a superbowl club and has been going to the games since 1967 and he plans ongoing until at least superbowl 50. >> i walked to the wal-mart and
