released this surveillance video. they say it shows occupy protesters breaking into city hall. it happened saturday night. they used something to pry the doors open and made a mess. they even took an american flag. police are hoping to identify the protesters. wednesday night modern family want the only thing entertaining people in texas. this video taken by a police cruiser's dash cam shows a ball of light moving across the sky. emergency crews worked for hours trying to get a man out of a trench in brentwood, california. the man got stuck in the mud and eventually was pulled out by firefighters and taken to a local hospital on a stretcher. we understand he's doing okay. you know the moms to be, carrying a baby full term is always the goal. for many women it doesn't end up happening. we're looking at a program that

same can't predict with certainty. >> most premature babies are born to women who have not had pregnancies in the past. >> reporter: women like erin who was women and fit. >> on the ultrasound he looked perfect. he was already practicing his breathe at 24 weeks. >> reporter: but unexpectedly her son was born early and weighed two and a half pounds. he's getting healthier. now that they're expecting their second, they want to do all they can to prevent another preterm birth. the doctors plan to take samples before the birth to build a massive data bank. >> we're hoping with the specimens we'll be able to learn or that will help us understand how to predict problems in a pregnancy. >> the second thing we hope, to

use that information to device intervention strategies. >> those clues may be hidden in these tubes, and if they are, they want to find them. >> this database will start nationwide at children's hospital but eventually doctors hope it will include parents and babies from all over the country. doctors say once they build a large enough library of information, they will be able to develop therapies to treat premature babies. researchers are making a presentation before the american stroke association. people living in areas without much sunlight are likely to have a stroke. stroke, the number one cause of disabilities, happen when the blood and oxygen are cut off from the brain. vitamin d is produced when people are exposed to sunlight.

ocean city, easton, hagerstown. in the ski country things are getting back to normal. it's been a tough time for the ski resorts like white tail. they will have a chance to blow snow has temperatures continue to drop. a little bit of a gusty northwest wind. we will struggle to get out of the 40s. today we almost hit the 60s but not quite. when you consider our average high is 42, this is still way above average but not near record territory that we had yesterday. tomorrow a bit cooler. i'll go around the harbor maybe low 50s, 52, 53. most of the hear will struggle to get to 50. some places you may never get out of the 40s. the chance for rain looks nil the next few days. we have dry weather over the east coast and no big weather makers in sight. our main record weather player
