residents in maryland are having a positive impact in our state. the university of maryland conducted the report for lawmakers and say immigrants have helped out with jobs, including construction and farming. about 5% were illegals. pat blasted the report calling it bias. this morning, six of maryland 23 counties received a top rating for their restoration plan. carl and cecil counties received the lowest marks. county officials say the report lacks deep analysis. looking for some fun to do with the kids this weekend, we have something for you. >> a new art studio is opening up. are you making beautiful that is right morninger?
