>> reporter: these students are getting off the bus directly in front of a known sex offender's home. according to the state sex offender renal industry, the resident has been convicted of sexual abuse of a minor and second degree sex offense, a forcwith a disabled victim or someone 14 years old or younger. too close for concerned parents comfort. >> they gain the kids trust and giving them the chance to learn routines. ç with these ñx#xguys and giving an open opportunity for something to happen. >> parents here many manchester say it's just an un necessary risk. most not willing to appear on camera because of that risk, others openly questioning the wisdom or as they say the lack there of to locate a stop in almost a sex offender's front yard. >> i don't like that at all.

i don't know who allowed that. who didn't do their job and look it up ahead of time. it would put that there, that doesn't make sense to me. >> reporter: the school district declined an on camera interview. issuing a statement as to why they have not moved the bus stop. it reads in part we have offered alternate bus stops, any parent has a right to appeal the decision made by the board of education to the state board of education. for right now, the parents fights are stalled , the bus stop remained active. the district's director of transportation told abc2 news by phone, sex offender residences are a moving target and that is logistically difficult to change bus stops according to registry addresses. sex offenders have rights too and the list is there to let you know where they are. still, parents believe more can

interrogation video a day after finding yeardly love dead in her apartment. christian shaffer tells us the tapes along with pictures of love were hard for the jury to see. >> today we got our first look at the bedroom, george huguely kicked in to get in to the bedroom. we heard the chilling tape of what they called his confession. investigators spent hours on the stand, going through photographs of and evidence taken from yeardly love's apartment after her death. including this, her bedroom door, it was unwrapped, a dinner plate size hole, visible, prosecutors say george huguely kicked it in to get in du1w[çt ñwant t hour long taped interview played for the jurors today. huguely said it was straightly to go in there and talk to her. i should not have gone there when i was drinking.

prosecutors say he did more than talk, he assaulted love and left, detective reed informed huguely in the interview that love had died, his response, sobs, repeated disbelief that she was dead and comments such as quote, i never did anything that could do that to her, i refuse to believe that she is dead. >> he believes it now as he sits on trial potentially facing life in prison.
