changes like the ones you have seen in big cities. his overnight signs visor was stabbed by a customer. the cabby will make it but the search is on to find the suspect. >> here is more on this investigation. >> reporter: this abc taxicab is now part of a police investigation. the owner of the company is back in the office working on security upgrades after the lead driver was stabbed. >> he was on the radio trying to tell him he had been robnd and stabbed and he wanted him to call me. >> deputies say the 53-year-old was asked to take a man to fountain green road in bellaire. it was a quick trip, just five minutes away from the pickup site. >> a taxicab driver that had been stabbed by a fare that he picked up in the 1600 block of chester way. the individual had demanded

since the model t came out we have been trying to figure out gas prices. january and february are typically when we find the prices down, but not this year. so why? well, we're being told >> decrease in the man is resulting a cut back on production. >> whatever. anyway the average price for gas in baltimore is $3.54. we were paying $3.36 a month ago. cheapest gas in town on eastern avenue at $3.39 a gallon.

one saturday as well. winds still at 21 gusting to 30. keep in mind we had wind gusts to over 40 last evening so winds have relented some, but have not relented completely or all the way. i will say this, that overall this trend will beat the trend into the overnight hours. the winds will begin to let un. we take a look at some of the cameras across the state and again it looks like we have a sticky computer issue here. let me x off that. now we can put that camera in motion. you can see passing cloud cover today. the flag really whipping there on federal hill and the winds the story all day today. dry conditions but shaking our camera here in the wind a little bit. how about a look here. a mix of clouds and sun, but on the whole really tough to complain in terms of the way the weather worked out with the clear skies.

it is just a matter of the wind and that windchill factor we're dealing with. >> clear right now. statewide temperatures running in the upper 20s, not a report statewide above freezing so we're getting set for a deep- freeze out there as temperatures will continue to plummet. winds steady from the west at 20 miles an hour and gusting higher. gusts at the top of the 6:00 hour, near 30 mainly on the easter shore but some up around 30 in the baltimore area. windchills. that brings what is feels like down to 12 above right now. 11 above in winchester. cold, wintry night. we'll see a shift back to more positive numbers and more mild conditions as we go into the day tomorrow. a clear map across the region right now. across the northeast, snow showers pennsylvania. upstate, new york, lake-effect snow. high pressure continuing to spin over the east right now.

that will funnel in more cold air through the overnight and very dry air. we have no moisture across the entire east coast right now. this is some very bone dry air so you may want to fire up the humidifier over the next day or so because extremely dry air is in place. as we look to new weather systems to the west, not a lot for the moment, but this system in texas will begin to make its move ft. east tomorrow. we're still sunny. valentine's day, rain mixed with snow showers possible tuesday night. some light wintry showers, but the bulk looks to stay south of us. >> overnight tonight down to 20, very cold. expecting a deep-freeze overnight. less breezy at least. tomorrow sapphire blue skies will look nice and winds letting up. that will give us a chance to warm up. tomorrow night 28 with clouds on the increase. as we check out the seven-day
