behalf of christopher sharp. sharp was at the prakness and used the cell phone to record police arresting his friend. police stopped him and demanded he turnover the cell phone. when he refused officers deleted the video and other videos he had on the phone including several of his young son. the commissioner will ask the judge to dismiss the case. a policy allows citizens to videotape officers as long as the citizen is not violating law, which in this case police argue sharp was loitering and his phone was taken away. the hear willing take place at 10:00, in u.s. district court today. southwest airlines added new flights and you can travel to georgia from bwi. the airlines flights left atlanta's jackson international airport sunday. the airline will fly to five cities from atlanta including baltimore. there will be 15 flight as day.
