arcade games with the big claws. >> wait, wait, she's inside it? >> she is inside of that claw machine. >> caitlin went with her family to the commonwealth coin laundry to do some laundry and she was playing with some other kids in the laund row mat and crawled up inside. they tried several different methods to get her out. >> they were going to try to start picking the lock, but the mechanism on the lock wouldn't allow them to pick ut. and then they tried to unscrew the sides, they tried to up screw those. >> what you're sering here is them using a circular saw to actually saw through the lock. and, as you can see by caitlin's face, this was not fun for her. she started getting really terrified. watch, keep watching as caitlin is pulled out of the machine and into the arms of her family. >> so a huge fire department rescue, you mean to tell me

there's no 800 number on the side of the machine so the company can come down and open it? >> i'm okay with the bunch of firefighters showing up to save a little girl considering they do this for dogs and cats all of the time. >> yeah, please, please, please tell me that they let her keep whatever she wanted out of that machine? >> and the little girl is doing just fine. she was a little shaken up, but she had no injuries. and they did let her keep two stuffed animals from inside the machine. two stuffed animals of her choice. >> everything isn't paradise in awahu for two women who filed a lawsuit against petco becase the cai groomersme offof gladys says she took her dog to the groomer. when she got it back, she noticed that the ear was cut. >> bloody. i noticed that. >> i couldn't believe what they did. i started crying because this is our baby. >> you won't believe what she

discovered after she went to the vet. >> when i took her to the vet, the doctors told me it looked like they tried to glue it back. >> did you say glue? >> yeah, she said they tried to glue it back. and the doctors said if she had known, if they had told her right away, they could have repaired it. >> she filed a lawsuit another woman who said her dog's tail was cut. her name is estelle green and her muz michael is an attorney and he has something to say about what happened to their dog. >> the nails were bleeding because they were cut too short. the dog was filthy and the tip of the dog's tail was cut off. and the people at petco didn't seem to be overly concerned about that. >> they offered him what? >> a free grooming. >> i guess they wanted to take off other body parts. >> at this point, these are allegations that these two women are making against petco. we contacted the petco, but they did not get back to us by our deadline.

>> as far as i know, gas stations don't come with drive throughs. but one person tried to make one anyway. looking at surveillance video from early yesterday morning, 3:15 a.m. in birmingham, alabama, a marathon station. and you see a driver crashing his car through the front window of this gas station. we found out about this from our friends down at wbrc in alabama. and you see extensive damage to the front of this marathon gas station. street signs are also down. police say that the driver was speeding, lost control of the car and, of course, smashed it right through the window. >> that was completely out of control down the block. you can see it bucking and bouncing over things, sparks flying. >> do you think that car is completely totalled? i'm thinking yes. >> i think you're right, gail. i don't think there's going to be any repairings going on with this particular vehicle. luckily, nobody was inside the

gas station at this time. the driver was taken to the hospital and right now it's kind of unclear what injuries the driver sustained. >> something tells me the car fax of this is not going to look so hot. >> look very, very closely in the fireplace. >> is it santa? >> is it a duck? >> it's a duck. >> how did he get in there? >> he thought he was santa. >> it bit me. >> this duck was looking for a warm place to spend the night. so he went into the fireplace, found a warm vent to hang out until they heard this noise in the chimney and went to figure out what was going on. >> warm place until they get the fire going and then you've got duck for dinner. >> this duck was super lucky because they were running a fire all night long that night. who knows when the duck came into the fireplace, but it's very lucky. >> they're having a really hard

time getting him out of there. >> the girl who's trying to get this duck out is trinity. she's struggling with it. >> oh, he's heavy. i'm literally fighting with this duck. >> finally, she is able to pull him out. >> oh. oh. >> look at the size of that thing. he's huge. >> she's able to pull this massive duck out of the chimney, walks him out to the backyard and lets him walk around. she looks at him. >> your face is so ugly. >> the question is how does a duck say thank you for saving my life? >> kwauk. >> thank you, buddy. >> i'm taking this duck patee. >> i think this is a destination of choice for ducks. two years ago, the same thing happened. two ducks got stuck and they didn't like it.

makes a shape of manhattan, which is really cool. >> it's pretty crazy, but look at the data when you can see how many passengers, the fares, you'll see all of that information. now, that is a model of just taxi cab traffic in new york city. can you imagine what footage like this might look like if we were talking about air traffic? >> over the entire united states. this is a typical day in america's air space. >> oh, wow. >> oh, but watch. you can see as the east coast starts waking up and people start traveling what happens. >> yeah, that's cool. this is awesome. this is really cool. >> i checked with the national air traffic controller's association. they said in the course of one

you can walk in and around these structures. there's no substructure. these are also completely out of ice. they're about 30 feet tall. you can see they're lit from the inside and they're strikingly beautiful. >> they're stunning. >> this is like the ice queen's fortress. >> can you imagine being a child and being able to go through this and play in this and just pretend it's your own little castle? >> i'm having a hard time wrapping my mind around the fact that someone made this. >> yeah, let's figure out how he does it. brent joins us right this minute via skype. >> we start for the first time in november laying all of this out. >> tell us how you do it? do you just pour water over things and let it freeze? >> we have an ice park, we grow upwards to four or five icicles a night. and then we run water to that and that creates the layers.
