the good and the bad. that's coming up. it's been about two days since contractors working in the 300 block of milling ton avenue accidentally severed a natural gas line. it disrupted service for about 1200 customers. progress has been made the real work is still ahead. >> we have no gas, no hot water. >> reporter: for people living near the 300 block of millington avenue, have nothing gas is no picnic. have they been to your house? >> no. just been here to turn the gas off. can't take a shower. >> reporter: it now becomes tedious. you see, bge crews have to go to every building in the area

bizarre twist in the josh powell family tragedy. his family wants him buried near his two young sons who died in the house fire that powell set. jamie costello tells us police are making sure it doesn't happen. >> reporter: we are learning that powell will not be buried in the same cemetery as his days. only days after charlie and braiden powell were killed, in an effort to stop powell from being buried next to his sons, thousands of dollars of donations have poured into the crime stoppers to buy the plots on both sides of the boys. powell's mother released a written statement saying the family had given up a plot tentatively reserved. now we're getting new details

about the gru some's moments. powell's body was found with a gas can between his knees. they believe the boys were unconscious. >> paper back books with susan's name, a map we tied to them but no markings. >> reporter: investigators also found a blood stained comfortable and a storage unit along with gas cans looked like the ones found in the house. detectives say powell's house was a sham set up for social worker visits. >> disturbing story all the way around. we start you off in new jersey where one was killed and three other children are in critical condition after a large dump truck crashed into a school bus. one was seriously injured. the other suffered minor

injuries. the cause of the accident is still under investigation. a new mexico mom is being credited for saving a school bus full of children. the driver of the bus suffered a stroke and collapsed while the bus was moving. rhonda was waiting for the bus to pick up her kids when she realized something was wrong. >> i sprinted to the bus. all i could see there was something clearly wrong with him as the bus was moving. i wanted anything to get inside. >> rhonda had to coach a third grader to open the door. when she did she put her foot on the brake. the driver was treated and released from the hospital. well a college student in michigan has been sus spbded -- suspended after taking a creative writing assignment too far. the 56-year-old rolled about hot for the teach are. the professor complained and he was suspended but he said he had
