decide what punishment george huguely will face, spent two weeks listening to testimony. >> it's been tough two weeks, emotions for people. we have all new information this morning, it could all come down to george huguely's videotaped statement. jurors instructed toddy sect the tape. the former athlete is facing six charges in all, first degree murder, robbery, burglary, breaking and entering, grand larceny and murder in the commission of robbery. the jury has five options regarding the charge. first degree murder, a premeditated killing. second degree murder, not premeditated. murder with malice, voluntary

providence, slow, on the west side, seeing slower traffic making the drive past liberty road. 15 minutes away from 7:00. we are getting new information this morning on the deadly crash that we brought you as breaking news last night. three siblings are dead. this happened last night on route 543, near churchville, looking at a map of the wreer, not far from -- area. linda so is standing by with the details in the breaking news we have learned. >> we have learned that the youngest victim was 17 years old, we are waiting to hear about it from schools to find out if he was a student. the siblings are two brothers and a sister. they are identified as joseph, 24 year old ashley, and 29-year- old david. they lived on marquis court in fallston. plition say the three siblings were in the chevy cavalier traveling southbound on 543, when it crossed the center line

and sideswiped the toyota in the opposite lane. the impact put the cavalier in to a spin and hit by an accra. the force of the crash cut the cavalier in half. police say speed was a factor. the brothers were ejected, the sisters had to be extricated. the people were taken to bay view, they are in stable condition this morning, the two people in the toyota were not hurt. we learned two medevac hospitallers were dispatched to the scene. trooper one had to make an emergency landing near the scene when one of engines caught fire. >> when they it anded the aircraft, they saw that one of engines appeared to be on fire, the fire department responded with fire extinguishers and the fire was extinguished in engines. the helicopter remains on the scene here. >> now in the last hour we learned trooper one has been transported to the aviation
