-- women advocates are outraged as another state -- >> it may not be on the fast track. we have just learned that governor mcdonnell opposes requiring ultrasounds for women seeking abortions. the battle of abortion being waged is no exception. there was a protest at the state capital over the bill requiring ultrasounds for women seeking an abortion. a delegate said it's all about informed consent. >> informed consent has always been to make sure the woman has the right to all of the information, not just some of it. >> i have a body which is my right to control. >> reporter: seven other states have passed similar laws and one is being considered in pennsylvania. while it does require an

an amber alert has been issued for two missing kids. the mother had scar trouble and a stranger came and left in the car. police say five people are dead after an apparent murder-suicide at a suburban atlanta spa. the shooter is among the dead. a fifth victim died later at the hospital. >> it appears he walked in, had some conversation with one of the victims and the shooting started. >> police think all the victims are relatives. at least 20 other people were inside the building at the time of the shooting. police in missouri say a woman was not seriously hurt when she fell asleep in the drive through lane in mcdonald's and ended up crashing.

arizona. it's been awhile since we had a debate, so what can we expect? >> reporter: it's been nearly a month. the last presidential debate which took place was before mitt romney's big victory in florida. clearly a lot has changed in the race. take a look at latest polls from michigan and arizona,ed two states that are voting next. there's essentially a tie between romney and santorum. there's a lot at stake for both candidates. let's start with rick santorum. this is his first debate in the spotlight as a front-runner. he's coming off of three victories. with rick santorum you might expect he will get tough questions about the social issues. we move on to mitt romney. many people thought that he was the inevitable nominee. it's a different story line now. for romney he has to come out strong and get that fuel going

into next tuesday's primaries. one thing you will see tonight is mitt romney being aggressive with rick santorum much like he was with newt gingrich in florida and then ultimately he won in florida. >> so what about newt gingrich and ron paul? we haven't heard much about them lately? >> reporter: we haven't but this is a big night for them. you have newt gingrich employing a different strategy. today there were no events scheduled. clearly, he knows how important it s maybe he's using time to prep for the debate. it's his last time ahead of super tuesday. he's been placing a lot of emphasis on that. ron mall has been walking in as the only candidate without a victory but he said he's plugging along. ron paul is coming for the debate not necessarily to compete in the state.
