arnoldtown and chestertown and darlington. let's check traffic with angela. good morning. >> reporter: good morning. on the roads still seeing delays on southbound 97 at general's highway with the accident. it's off a to the right. we have reopen the lanes of 95 past beltway on the southwest side but residual delays there as well. as far as volume no problems through the city. i-95 to the fort mchenry a slight tap of the brake. north of -- we are moving well in both directions. a live look at the harrisburg expressway southbound side of 83 remains trouble free. no incidents or accidents to warn you about but we have some minor slowing on the harrisburg expressway approaching the interchanges to i-695. and as far as drive times you are okay. no extra time needed so far on the west side just brief slowing through the pikesville region. now back over to you.

breaking news police in riot gear at a florida mall in orlando had to break up a crowd hoping to buy the newest nike sneaker. police got really -- police got -- people got upset when the stores canceled the sale. some officers cleared out hundreds of people overnight. no one was hurt. people have been lining up outside of the stores all week for the shoes's new release. a big day in maryland after the state senate passed same sex marriage. sherrie johnson is here with where we go next. >> reporter: well, it has been a long battle but state lawmakers have approved the same sex marriage bill. it was 25 votes affirmative and 22 against it in the senate. after last year's failed attempt, this passage puts maryland in line to be the 8th state to legalize the same sex marriage. it was a hard fought. last year it failed to come to a vote in the house but last week the same sex marriage narrowly passed the house and there were amendments to make it more likable to opponents
