a job. the owner of the welding shop, chris johnson, said he appeared to be under the influence. there's a surprise. >> he told me he was good with his hands and needed work. >> of course the police show up and the man ignores the police commands and begins fighting, all the while while completely naked, with the police, even grabbing the female officer's hair. >> he got her ir. >> at this men that's when wh shooti i heoe gs in to help. >> i ran over. cracked him in the grill. >> it took five guys to get this naked man down to the ground. >> one of those guys was chris' brother. you have to watch this. >> can you take my burger? >> nothing like handing off the burger while holding a naked man. >> chris johnson said this went

from funny to scary. >> he could have gotten ahold of their pieces and it would have been dangerous. >> and they could have gotten ahold of his piece. >> chris johnson said if he had showed up with clothes on, i may have given him a job. this man owes his wife big time. >> i was dead. i was shaking there. >> the guy on the surveillance screen is wes rodgers. he owns a printing company in portland, oregon. it's a normal day at wes's office, over at his desk, on the phone, then he slouches and drops the phone. there's shirley rodgers. she wes' wife. shirley hears the phone being dropped. luckily shirley works in the office right next to her husband. >> it sounded like a vacuum cleaner but it went more like -- we checked his pulse and couldn't find anything. that's when the paramedics

arrived. >> within four minutes the paramedics arrived. >> in the meantime what did she do? >> in the meantime she performed cpr on her husband. and one thing that i learned from this, simple chest compressions can get enough oxygen flow into the brain to prevent any kind of severe brain damage. believe it or not, wes rodgers was without a heartbeat for 20 minutes. >> oh, my goodness. >> you're kidding? >> good thing she heard that noise and was able to come in there when she did. he could have been back in that chair slumped like that for hours. >> and nobody notice because they think he's taking a nap. >> it takes three different shocks to his body to get his heart beating again. >> this all happened two years ago. and the rodgers decided to release this video to maybe help others who find themselveses in a similar kind of emergency situation. >> next time he doesn't want to clean out the garage or wash the car she'll just pop on the video. >> yes, yes, i owe her big time

for this one. >> talk about a dangerously close call this happened in the uk at the leicester square train station. watch what happens when she approaches the man at the top of the screen. >> what? >> he pushes her into the train tracks. fortunately she acted very quickly, got right back up. a couple of people that saw this helped her get back up. another man that sees him push this woman on to the train tracks tries to tackle him down, they get into a physical confrontation themselves. but this man ends up getting away. this happened in september of last year. they have not been able to find him. that's why the british transport police released this cctv video

to see if anyone recognizes this man who they say is a white male, probably in his 40s with a european accent. >> has there been discussion about what provoked this push? were they acquaintances? were they arguing? how did this happen? >> it seems like there was some sort of argument between the victim and the assailant, but what was said, the words exchanged, none of that information has been available. >> still no matter what they were fighting about or arguing about, there's no excuse for that. you can't push a woman into train tracks. you shouldn't push anybody into train tracks. terrible. >> only seconds after they pulled her back out, another train pulled up. police hoping somebody recognizes him and are able to turn him in to authorities. this video you're about to see is the dramatic building collapse in russia. what you're looking at is a nine-story apartment building. there was a gas explosion, according to authorities.

as you can see, the building was already partially collapsed, then the rest of that interior part of that apartment complex just collapsed. >> did people live there? >> people did live there. there were people in there. there were fatalities. still looking to see if there are people who are still trapped under the rubble. >> the initial explosion, some of the lower floors you saw were blown out. then the rest of the building structurally collapsed on top of it. >> according to state media in russia, these apartment buildings look like they were built in the '60s and '70s. they were probably shoddily constructed, and this is common. a lot of people have gas explosions this their homes in russia. >> you can tell it was totally unexpected just by how people are reacting on the ground. a couple people are like, oh, my gosh when the thing collapses.

>> that is just one view, but this person in a building across the way was able to catch the video from multiple stories up. >> yeah! yeah! >> i definitely can tell this is an apartment building that people live in. look at all the things. >> here is the truly sad thing about the situation. according to the officials, they talked to one of the residents, a resident said the initial explosion happened on the third floor and they believe it's a result of a man's suicide attempt and they said this wasn't the first time he had attempted to commit suicide by using gas. >> aw. lots of snow on those cars down there. not good. >> i'm glad, not this guy. >> see how the snow fell on "right this minute." and there's chancellor merkel of germany at a big event. what is she doing? >> chancellor merkel gets five

[ speaking foreign language ] they did this to thousands and thousands of people that came to this theater for an entire week. [ speaking foreign language ]. >> that's an interesting experiment. >> it's a great idea to go just beyond raising awareness. now they can say for a few moments i actually walked in the shoes of someone else.

some people just love what they do so much they'll do just about anything to do it. we found this video on the website fuse. this is colin huggins, and colin plays the piano. he pulls his baby grand piano out of his storage unit and he pushes the piano -- >> are you kidding me? >> all the way up to washington square park. this baby grand piano weighs 650 pounds. now, watch, once he gets there, he still has to put this thing together. watch this whole process. this is a difficult process. >> he's doing it all by himself. >> he does so much to get the piano set up at washington square park, he basically stay there's until the sun goes down. ♪

does it say how much he averages in his little bucket? >> it's a humble living in his words, but there's quite a crowd out there. look at how happy they look. he is making all of these people smile. he also does other things. he composes music. at the end of this video, he has created a little music video of his own this is his original song called "my heart belongs to you." it's an animated music video. ♪ this is beautiful to walk down to washington square and hear this beautiful music. >> this is not the only time we've seen colin huggins. you remember the video from a while back of the dad dancing with his baby in the park? >> yeah. >> they were dancing to colin higgins music. >> that's cool. >> they were moved by this man. >> nice. >> literally.

>> this shows the most embarrassing moment of this young man's life. this is at an ash wednesday event, this is german chancellor angela merkel, the leader of germany. she sits down at germany. she is drinking at this event. the young waiter goes to hand her her beer and oh, no, chancellor merkel gets five pints of beer spilled down her back. the 21-year-old waiter says someone else was supposed to serve her and that woman was too nervous to do it, so he said i'll do it. winds up dumping that beer down her back. i give him credit for stepping up to the plate, but as a former bartender/server, poor technique, bro. you have to get that tray low. he tried to hand that over without dipping the tray low, keeping it parallel to the ground. come on. >> okay. but watch closely. this may be up for debate. was it the waiter's fault? was it this security guard who

things to keep themselves occupied. look at this footage. up at the top of the screen is a bike shelter, sort of a shed to put your bike in at a library. keep it covered. lock it up a couple kids running up against the glass siding of this little bike shelter. one kid tries. another kid tries. giving it the shoulder. >> are they trying to break this thing? >> boom. >> they do break this thing. the kid goes through the glass window into the bushes. shaking glass off. stupid stunt, right? crash. right through the glass side of it this library was only two weeks old. and in the two weeks it's been open, it's been covered in explicit graffiti. this has happened where one of these kids smashes through the glass window. the people that built this thing are outraged. the people of the community are outraged. it's a brand new library and people are out there trashing the place. >> we give you a library so you can read and do whatever you
