a philadelphia woman is arrested and accused of giving out illegal injections that killed one person. now page victoria winslow was arrested at her home last night. she was just about to perform a procedure at a pumping party. she's accused in the death of a woman. recently another woman had to be hospitalized after she got the same illegal cosmetic procedure. >> what we believe happened it what happened in a previous case. the injection struck a blood vessel. we believe it's silly cone, landed into her lungs and caused
